On Monday, 10/28, I called first thing in the morning to talk with Lee about a complicated urgent need. He wasn't available, and I was assured by Tricia I would get a callback from either her or Lee. It's now Fri 11/1 well after business hours, and I've not heard from either of them. Perhaps they're not able to provide that service, which is fine, but I'm not a mind reader.
