Starbucks — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

I went thru the drive thru this morning to get my drinks from the day prior remade as they both didn’t taste very well. So ordered my drinks today and had a pleasant interaction with Kimberly at the window. I get home and they were as i explained chunky, so to me i couldn’t just drink it this way. So i called and had a very pleasant conversation with Haley over the phone about the situation and explained what was wrong which she immediately told me i could come back and get the drinks remade and at that time i had asked about getting something completely different, because of the issues we were having and was told that was completely fine. My husband goes to the store for me and as he wad already in the process of being helped and getting everything corrected, another female then started making a fuss about the situation, in front of him. They had him move down so he wasn’t right there and she then continued to go back and forth, fussing about it until my husband spoke up and asked if there was an issue, which she responded “no” and everyone went on about what they were doing and my husband got our drinks remade and adjusted to what we decided to get after the drink we were wanting, wasn’t what we wanted. I am just not pleased with how the 3rd party interfered and didn’t know anything about the situation or how she acted in front of a regular, paying customer without any professionalism what so ever! Staff is always so friendly and drinks are made well and delicious! My one complaint about this location though is the dang parking lot! Whoever designed it did a terrible job! The drive thru lane blocks most of the parking lot! If there's more than one car at the drive thru order screen, they're blocking the parking closest to the building so no one can get through to park there. And if there are even more cars, which most of the time there are, the line is then blocking the other row of parking too. I've gotten trapped in those spots because of the drive thru line blocking me from getting out. They should really change the flow of the drive thru line so this...

They charged us for almond milk on a medium iced coffee. I even told them their actual guide lines and was told that was wrong but they would give it to me this once, the drive through worker was kind. After I was charged I noticed they handed me a coffee with no milk. When I questioned what happened they said their manager told them I wasn't allowed to have milk unless I paid extra. I asked if she knew she told me she would give it and was told the manager was listening... What awful customer service from the manager. I will not be back. I'd rather drive across town or visit...
