Love this place! Workers are nice, their selection is AMAZING AND their prices are good which is what keeps me coming back. I've been to several places locally between different towns and I have to say their prices are so far the best I've seen on top of the selection they have, it's a win-win. If I'm buying locally, I'm going to Havana Smoke Shop. Since I've found them I haven't gone anywhere else. Plus, they have a rewards system where you can use your phone number everytime you make a purchase which ultimately goes to $10 off when you reach a certain point, I've already used my reward once and I'm working on points toward my 2nd reward. I love that they have that reward system because I'm sure other people who vape can sympathize that we vapers do shell out a decent amount of money for products so it's nice that they reward their customers. It's the first time I've seen a shop in Ohio have the rewards system in place like that which is great, I moved from Chicago Illinois and I used to be a regular at multiple business that also had their own reward system so its really nice to see Havana Smoke shop doing that out here in Ohio. They should have something for everyone, whether you're a disposable vape type of person or a reusable/refillable vape users and need juices, coils, pods, ect. or you're old school and Smoke cigarettes, you can find tobacco products here as well as tubes for cigarettes or rolling papers and like I said, they're prices are good and aren't going to leave you feeling overcharged and cheated like some places that just way over charge for no good reason because charging double or more than double for a product is a bit extreme if you ask me. But hereâs why I will no longer be spending my money here. I understand their policy of not replacing a vape once you leave the store, I used to work at a vape shop. But, when someone spends a ton of money in your store, you should at least try to be accommodating? In the past month alone I have had 2 defective products, called to complain, and was told to talk to the owner. But they canât tell me when the owner will be in? So Iâm out $80?? Thereâs some issues that donât pop up til a few hits in- my delta 8 was spewing distillate through the hitter piece, in turn, burning my mouth. Also, after about 6 hits of my disposable nic vape, it dropped from 90% to 30% and got extremely hard to pull. Now a day later, and it doesnât at all. Very upsetting because Iâve been coming here weekly for almost a year, but there wasnât any type of solution offered to me to rectify the situation- so no longer supporting this business is my solution. I think she was sick, so I understand if she was foggy and thatâs why getting questions answered was difficult, but selling me the incorrect quantity of products and telling me Iâm not allowed back when I pointed out the mistake clearly cannot be rectified is a little hard to be excused by âIâm sick,â thatâs just kinda bad customer service, in my opinion.
