Covina Appliance Service — Attraction in Covina

Thank you so much Aaron at Covina Appliance for taking care of of our older GE gas dryer. It was making a lot of noise and shaking a lot so we called to see if it could be taken care of. I appreciate the ability to speak with a technician prior to them coming out so we could have a conversation regarding the issue. Since my dryer is quite old, I didn’t want to have a technician come out to say that they couldn’t fix it for $69. Initially, I spoke with Archie and based on the video I sent him he said that they could potentially fix it. Long story short the technician had to come back again because we had to order parts, which I was fully aware of, since my dryer is quite dated. When Aaron came back again to complete the repair, I was so thankful that it sounded back to normal and actually I couldn’t believe how quiet it sounded! We are so grateful that our dryer could be repaired and we get our laundry routine back in order. The cost was fair and if the technician is able to fix the problem within a short period of time, that just shows me their experience. Will do business with Covina...

Weirdest call ever... I called Covina Appliance to try to get my GE washing machine repaired, and Nicole asked me how many years I've owned the machine. I told her about 4 or 5 years and she enthusiastically let me know that "Good news! many of the parts on GE washing machines are under warranty for 2-5 years! Would you like me to give you their number?" I really just wanted to get my washing machine fixed so I can do laundry, and working 80+ hours a week I don't have a whole lot of time to dedicate a couple of hours exploring the GE customer service labyrinth to find out it MAY be a little cheaper to repair.

Things must be going pretty good over at Covina Appliance, as I've never had a business shut the door in my face that quickly before.

Aaron came in May 2025 to fix pooling water issue of my 2016 Amana dishwasher.

Then in June 2025 I asked for him to service my 2010 Whirlpool Centennial commercial gas dryer for home use. He also made a minor in cost, door safety latch fix.
