Edited 4/22 to add: Recently came with friends and the rooms were expensive as heck and I don't understand why when they give one towel and one wash cloth, and there's not even ice machine. Tawnee the girl in the office was completely sweet and helpful and recommended a great place for dinner. Another guest was being an issue and I witnessed her calm the person down and fix theor issue without missing a beat. The guest changed their tune and I think it's likely because she truly cares about service. 2/21 to add: Recently reserved a jacuzzi room and didn't have hot water the entire time so I couldn't even shower. A refund was not offered and instead I was offered to rent a room with 2 beds but still no hot water. When I asked why they would not tell me this prior to getting a jacuzzi room the guy at desk told me he could refuse service to me and that I should have checked the room prior to reserving it. That was not listed any where on the visible sign on glass but he pointed out again that he could reserve the right to refuse service when I asked for a refund again. He said the best he could do was give me half my money back and when the manager comes in morning we could talk. Upon checkout I asked if I could keep my bags in office or closet just until I got back from local 7 Eleven and would be gone for 15 minutes the girl in office waved her hand at me and told me to get out. Wow. The new manager is not friendly and nothing like the previous manager as well. And being that rooms are regularly 130.00 a night there is no reason to come here unless you don't want to shower or have a working appliance and if u do shower have one towel and one wash cloth. You are lucky to have working appliances and a phone but I can gather that it comes with a huge price tag since they price their room according to who is renting and not what they are renting. Not safe for kids and def don't take your animal here who knows what they will find that got left from previous guests or just outside on sidewalk. I have found pipes in their grass and needles on the fire extinguishers. No lie this place is as scummy as it gets all around. Dec 2021

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe were just staying one night. I live locally but had some work going on in our home that required my daughter and I to be gone for several hours. We also have a pet that needed to stay too. Pet friendly hotels are not as common so we chose to stay here. It was $70 a night and they charged us extra fee to clean up after having a pet in their room. So we paid $100 for a Sunday night. Upon arriving wehe immediately hit with a strong smell of cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking room. It was easy to see that the room was not clean, and didn't smell good but we reasoned that it was just one night and we had already let the cat out of the carrier and getting him back in was no small thing. We were there for a few hours I let to returned to our home for several hours to clean. Deciding we really didn't want to sleep in this room. I returned to pick up my daughter and wrestle out cat back in the carrier. He had been camped out under the bed since we arrived. Now however we had to retrieve him. Well he wasn't alone under that bed... Ugh pieces of trash, old pieces of food/candy and a disgusting used condom were all under the bed. When I brought it to their attention, photos and all. Management's only concern was that they were not giving me back my money because I had had the room for 7 hours already. So I guess you have to check under the bed when you first arrive. He was in no way shocked that I found it nor that I was upset only that he didn't want to give me back any money. Which is ironic because I never asked him for a refund, I was too disgusted and appalled to even think about getting my money back I just wanted them to be aware of how disgusting the room was that they had rented to me. And on top of it all they have the nerve to charge me extra money for having a pet because of the extra cleaning it supposedly requires....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband booked this hotel as a quick place to stay after a concert at the Rose Bowl (rather than driving all the way home after a late night). We are not fussy people - clean, safe, comfortable is all we need to be happy. ||||We arrived around 1:45am, and if we had not been too exhausted to cancel and drive home, we would have left immediately. Room was dirty - hairs in the bathroom sink, toilet, tub, and floors. The faucet had not only not been wiped down but clearly had not been cleaned in ages - hard water spots and probably dried toothpaste all over it. One washcloth, one hand towel and two towels. Carpets dirty. Door did not have a chain or deadbolt, just the one lock that I could not make turn though my husband eventually did. Room has a smoky, musty smell - definitely not a non-smoking room all of the time. A/c was set to heat when we arrived, so it took a bit for the room to cool back down, a/c too loud to use when trying to sleep and only cools the bedroom, not bathroom. Meanwhile, the window in the bathroom was wide open, blinds were broken.||||I will say that the bedsheets were clean but there were only 3 small pillows on the king sized bed. Firm mattress.||||In the morning, we could hear and see cats and dogs in other rooms, and some people appeared to be living in the hotel for a longer term.||||I cannot imagine how or why this has a 3 star rating (which was the only reason that my husband felt comfortable booking it - I normally do the...
