My husband bought a very special rose gold ring for me somewhere else and I brought my ring here in march of 2020 to get it downsized since it was too big. When I got the ring back, the band was much thinner than it was originally and it was gold where they Soldered it. I returned it to get it fixed and changed back to rose gold. The staff argued with me that my ring was always "misshaped" but they did fix the color. I just lived with my band being shaped wrong. Well fast forward my hand grew and needed it returned to its original size. I brought the ring back here in august of 2022 to get it changed back to a size 7 and my band was slightly thinner than before and I just ignored it. not even 2 months after bringing it back my ring broke just while wearing it. I returned here and the staff were terrible. They were so rude to me and blamed me for it happening saying it was my fault. They were very disrespectful. The jeweler agreed to fix it for free though even though one of the women in there (Blonde, young, braces) argued with me back and forth about it. He recommended that I make the band bigger and he would give me a discount of 75 dollars. I agreed and that was my mistake. I came to get it a couple of days ago and the band was thicker, slightly misshaped, gold again instead of rose gold, and had multiple cuts on it. I was talking to the lady about it and the jeweler agreed to refix it, I was unsure why I was even told to pick it up in this condition. They called me the next day saying it was ready, I came in, and the ring was still miscolored. I told the lady and she didn't believe me saying she didn't see it. She told her supervisor once she noticed it (older blonde, glasses) and this lady argued with me. She proceeded to tell me to bring it back to where I bought it and its not their fault it looks bad. Even though my ring was not like this before I ever brought it here. I told her that and she said "just leave it I guess and he will look at it but its not our fault" and I just took my ring and left because the attitude this staff has is absolutely ridiculous. As I was leaving they called me and said "I'm sorry I didn't realize we are the ones who Soldered it please bring it back and we will fix it". I did bring it back in even after all this, my mistake again. I finally picked it up again today and the band is ruined. Its still gold on the inside and the work done to it looks mediocre at best. Eventually I will have to buy a new ring all because I brought it here and gave them chances. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever support them. I can get past a mistake being made and them fixing it, but majority of the staff are terribly rude. I honestly don't know how this place is open considering how they treat people. I never should have come...
Read moreMy husband got my engagement ring in Jordan(the country) and I’m assuming that their sizing is different than ours. Once I got home, I knew that I had to get it downsized so I brought it here. After getting it back, it was still too big so I brought it back, got it sized but the band, where it had been cut, was much thinner then it was original. I wore my ring up until I got about 5 months pregnant. It was entirely too small so once my son was about 6 months old I took my ring back in because at this point I knew it would never fit again. My exact request was to have it sized to my correct size and to add more gold to make the band the same thickness all around. I was told “that’s how your band was originally” which was incorrect. However, even if they had been correct, that is not what I was asking. I want it to look how I want. Got it back and nothing but the sizing was different. My band was so thin where the sizing took place that I opened my fridge one day and it broke in half. My husband and I went in one afternoon to talk with them to see what they could do about this and aside from their attitudes, they only gave us two options. Not even a I’ll discount it since you have been a loyal customer and come to us from day one. I will never go back to them nor will I ever recommend anyone to them.
I do understand that I got my ring resized more than the average person, but a good jeweler would make it look and fit the way the...
Read moreI know this sounds crazy and my wife thought I was. She needed a clasp on her boot repaired and the local shoe repair was closed on Monday. After I looked at it closer I thought it just needed a couple of small jewelry screws to reattach it. So traveling by DeLuca's on our way home I decided to stop. I did this on April 1st and assured the young lady at the front desk it wasn't an April Fools joke. The employees could not have been friendlier. Instead of telling me they could not help me they took the boot found a screw that fit and repaired it. I would not by any means tell people to take their shoes to DeLuca's for repair but when shopping for jewelry or jewelry repair I will certainly go to DeLuca's. These people are unbelievably kind and generous. A refreshing shopping experience that seems to be...
