Glass Gallery & Wellness - Cranberry — Attraction in Cranberry Township

I walked in at 10:30am to a decently packed store (5+ customers). Dillon (who confessed to being the owner/manager) was standing in front of the vape section. I admit, I'm not very educated in vaping hardware or manufacturers, but I know what I'm looking for in terms of functionality and simplicity of design.

Dillon was extremely patient with all my questions, wanted to make sure I had the best experience with my new vape kit, and had me try some different flavors of e-juice to find what kind I liked best.

He made some suggestions for a new tank and coil kit to replace my unserviceable one, and I think it was a great choice. No pressure to buy, just explaining what I wanted, he found a reasonably priced replacement, and showed me to how use, fix and repair it.

I walked out spending twice as much as I'd intended, but knowing that Dillon was there and that I could call on him any time I had a question made it worth the trip. There were some pretty bad reviews originally, but I felt like I was treated well, and I'm sure I'll be back again for my future...

So one thing is this shop is nice and clean. It's not mixed with porn or other things that might make one feel uncomfortable. HOWEVER. I visited the one in Robinson Twp PA. My first visit was great, then I referred people there . They said the person behind the counter was ignorant and unfriendly. I was surprised, but sure enough the next two times I came in The guy behind the counter was not helpful in the least.

I even brought my Brother and his wife there to get setup on e-cigs. This guy was so unhelpful. He was just ignoring us the whole time. Any place else would be excited to have 2 people come in that are about to quit smoking and buy ecig kits.

The guy was a big fatter guy with a beard. I won't be going back. E-juice selection wasn't very good either. Go too Steel City Vapors, or Smoke Stack in moon twp. Both are...

Heard about Glass Gone Wow from a few friends at work, so I drove up there late one evening to see if it was worth the hype. I thought the place was awesome at first, with a huge selection of locally blown glass, and a great vape selection...but the employees have poor attitudes.

Upon walking in, the two girls behind the counter offered me no help or greeting. Instead they began whispering about my figure and how I was dressed, whilst clinging to their phones. Once I made my selection, all I wanted to do was have one of them ring me up so I could leave, but they kept trying to sale me something else. It was rather annoying, considering they both wreaked of marijuana, and couldn't take the hint that I was already dissatisfied with their service. Get rid of the two dumb bimbos and maybe I'll consider...
