I really wanted to be happy about my purchase but the bed I thought was comfortable really isn't. They don't do returns and the guy tried to help me the best he could. I didn't like the boxed version so he offered to swap it out with the traditional used floor model in the store for the same price so I did.. still can't sleep on it..So do your research as a customer. And as for the company...you should have atleast have a 10 day money back guarantee cause I would totally return the mattress. would have gotten 5...
