3/17/25 around 1pm My fiancé had went in to order my sub because i am pregnant and wasn’t feeling well. after being told he had to wait for online orders to be made that came after he had been greeted. the girl who was making my sub had an okay attitude UNTIL he mentioned the sub was for his fiancé which i found very odd and unprofessional. as for my sub the whole thing was rushed and botched barely any cold toppings which is wild to me seeing that all i asked for was mayonnaise, cucumbers and tomatoes not much to ask for in my opinion. he also had to ask for a bag which i’ve also never had to do. i wish i had a name because as a manager i truly feel the employees that were there need to be sat down and retaught their customer service and job. i have never experienced such horrible experience from a...

She never smiles and start every encounter with "Hi, be with you in moment have online orders ahead of you". Never even asking if possibly that order is for me.
