Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling — Attraction in Crawfordsville

I'm not going to ding them for the fact that you have to pay $99 just to have a plumber grace you with their presence, mostly due to the fact that's normal for most companies. However, I will give them a one-star for their completely unprofessional customer service. I called and set an appointment last week and was told it would be today between Noon and 2pm. By 3pm when no one had showed up, I called to find out when they would be here assuming that the professional had been busy and would be here late. The guy on the phone claimed that no time was given to me and they could be here at anytime in the afternoon. I explained that I was given a time and that I cant just wait around all day for the plumber to show up, and that I'd like a time. After he didn't give me a time and reiterated, rudely, that the plumber would be there in the afternoon, I let him know I'd go somewhere else. After talking with yet another person on their team, they made it clear they don't care about the inconvenience this has caused or the attitude of their team member. I'm sure the professionals who are doing the work at people houses are great, but their customer service team is absolute garbage. Cole Wilson done an amazing job showed me how to change my filters which I had not been shown how to do so yet! I have guard dogs. He was absolutely amazing with my male dog, my female dog. She just doesn’t trust men because she was abused in the past, but he was very respectful of my My Home, very informative of everything I needed to know on how to shut my system down when it’s all said and done when it comes time to change that filter I give him a five out of five star review because he’s always so sweet and kind when he comes out here and I just really appreciate the level of knowledge, he was able to give me today because the system is new very new to me so with it being an energy Efficient system I was able to learn a lot more efficient system I was able to learn a lot more about that so that only makes it easier for me in the long run! I called this morning and they had a technician here by noon. Aaron was very helpful and explained the situation in great detail. Brett Wagner came out and explained the many options Summers PHC has to offer relating to my heating and air conditioning needs. I feel confident the new system will be more than adequate. Looking forward to many years of trouble-free comfort.

Justin and Garrett came out Friday and installed a completely new heating and cooling system in my house. The whole process was done in less than one day and everything is working perfectly.
