Crawfordsville Strawberry Festival — Local services in Crawfordsville

The food was undercooked, too expensive, I ordered a tenderloin it was undercooked raw very expensive, they are all out for the money 💰. I would recommend next time I go I will eat first before I buy off of any vendor,. I purchased three items and it cost me$55.00. unacceptable. My family member that came his food was also undercooked raw. He's spent$65. Unacceptable, the vendor's needs to pay more attention to food products, instead of trying to make a fast buck!!!!!!!!... I give this place one star, after going for a couple years now it seems to get more and more expensive and the food tastes horrible. I paid 37 tickets or $17 worth of tickets for a fried veggie basket only to find out later that the booth had their veggies in a container sitting in the sun for hours. I left this place with an empty pocket and upset stomach after $40 in veggie basket, corn dog, and a drink. Some of the booths that were selling handmade rings and things were cool but I will never waste my time...

I'm not really sure why it's called a strawberry festival, as the only booth to serve any strawberry products sold bowls of frozen strawberries. I expected fresh strawberries, strawberry shortcake, bacon wrapped strawberries, etc - honestly any and all products made with fresh strawberries. The closet I got was looking at the painted strawberries painted on windows throughout the town. If you want a generic festival with games, music, and fried foods, this is a great event to visit.
