I was really new to the area and having such a tough time finding things/stores, ect. The location of the store is in a REALLY big shopping center and it doesn't. My GPS took me there to the parking lot for all of the big stores stores in the location but I was so distressed! My GPS didn't drive me to front of the store just the shopping plaza!! I called the store to ask for help locating it, it was so hard to know where it was! The GPS said I arrived but the store wasn't in site. The clerk on the phone tried directing me being more critical of me instead of naming stores that are directly next to it/large name sign stores I could see and maybe directing me from there. He named stores it was not near or even beside and when I said this confused me and was hard to still find it for me, he hung up on me! I was already afraid I was in the wrong location! I called back really upset, and a different person answered. I explained the same thing to her (that I was new to the state and looking for the store. Read moreI love my Dollar Tree in Creve Coeur, MO. The employees are really friendly and helpful! The Manager, Dawn is amazing! She knows almost every customer by name, bust her tail putting in 100% running around doing pretty much everything. The only thing I wish they would look into is their inventory shortages and delays. They were always out of so many items all the time. The shelves were bare. Last year their inventory was slim pickins across all isles but It's getting so much better. 😊 Corporate DT really should look into their shipping delays AND why popular products like wire edge ribbon, craft supplies and other hot items sell out the day they are delivered off the truck and aren't replenished for weeks???!!! They really need to address that issue bc they are loosing big bucks not keeping these products stocked on their shelves. I see customers getting frustrated too. I was at checkout when the system failed and nice cashier call her manager Michael who was very rude and down right nasty . He told me to stand their and wait 10 mins and took the people behind me. That's not how it works you finish the transaction that has has been inconvenience and incomplete on the next free lane instead of telling the customer to wait 10m for the cash register to reboot!
