Smoothie King — Restaurant in Missouri

Today I had an experience at this smoothie king. The manager was so rude and disrespectful. It was my first time there, I came toward the register to make an order. I need to get my app up on my phone, so I asked , “ is this what I need to scan for my upgrade?” And her reply was ,” yes, that is what an app is for” with an attitude. I was taken back by her rudeness but didn’t say anything. When I was proceeding to pay, she gave me an attitude and raised her voice saying, “Answer those two questions, THEN pay” with an attitude again. Okay, that was it for me….. I said to her with a stern voice “ why are you raising your voice at me, I was just trying to ask a question”, I had to say this multiple time to her. Then after paying, her and another worker made my smoothies. After she was finished with my smoothies, I asked what her name was. She told me, “I don’t have to tell you anything”, so I looked on my receipt and her name was printed as Chryssie, and she had multiple tattoos on her arm. I said “ohh your name is on the receipt”, and her reply to me was, “ I have an allias name because of people like you…..” I just stopped right there and said I would not be going along with this, you are very rude and this is unacceptable. I got my smoothie and proceed to leave and while I was closing the door she yells at my daughter and I saying, “ do not close my door”! I was not going to further deal with this disrespect, so I walked to my car. When we got to the car my daughter told me that she was coming out and yelling for us to never come back. All I have to say is do NOT go to this smoothie king, whoever owns this franchise needs to seriously look into her. She has a major attitude that need to...

So the point of making a mobile order 15 min in advance is because you want to walk in grab and go.. like all other locations, I arrived and was the only customer at the time, the employee first told me to give her a minute as she cleaned some pitchers then when she was done asked my name and shuffled thru about 10 different mobile tickets stacked on the top of the freezer and then 2 other customers walk in, same thing, not made at all, we are all waiting, waiting, then my smoothie was handed to someone else but caught him before he left and he gave me my expensive not filled smoothie.. From the time I placed my order online to the time I had walked out was 25 minutes.. I paid $12.47 for a 40oz u expect it to be FULL .. it was not filled up at all but I didn't dare say anything because I was scared I'd be even more late to my next job so I took the loss.. if this is how this location operates I definitely won't return. It's a shame too because this location was the best one 10 years ago. Also as we are all waiting so patiently her cell rings and she abandons the smoothies to walk around to the bar window seating counter where her phone is to answer her cell phone!!! Its completely rude and a slap in the face to spend so much money and use a service and then to be shorted and time...

PastorTina Crawford Just now I pulled up at 9 PM yesterday on Saturday. Their website says it has "new"now hours on Saturdays and is open till 10 PM. I started to walk in and this guy gets out of his car and says are you going to Smoothie King? I said yes. He said I work here and it's closed. I then called the store from the parking lot and the employee that answered said oh our website isn't always right. You could tell she didn't know what to say probably bc she was lyingt. That's is weird considering their site says we have new hours on Saturdays. The employee who said he works there goes inside and walks out with a smoothie. This is the same dude employee that was locking the door every time someone came up to the door a few weeks ago. Keeping it kicked while 12 customers were inside. Customers would walk up to the door then ask that dude are you open it clised? Major fire code violation to keep the only exit locked while a large group of people are inside including the employees. Not this employee he stayed outside locking the door. Ugh! So rude. Anyway, you know they were open last night. The lights were on and the employees were working. This was the Smoothie King located in Creve Coeur next to Dierbergs...
