Today was our first and last time. Horrible experience through drive-thru the young man with dreadlocks that is dyed. Thought he had someone that would believe all. He just made me staying firm on not letting high schoolers work. The drive-thru for lack of understanding and customer service. From the beginning we pulled up to the mic to order a number seven that came with soft taco burrito and nachos after realizing that the menu didn't specialize specialize, what type of burrito? I tried to ask the question numerous times before pulling off from the mic. I looked to my left to see the young man in the window. Still moving around. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and pulled forward. He gave me the SOB story of his mic went out but I watched him take the order of the truck behind me. Once I reach the window I asked my question and he pretended to accommodate my request. I did not want beans. I guess he thought I was going to take that and drive off. But if anybody knows me, I'm going to check my food first. I pull off to the side not only to find out. We have beans but there were only beans on everything. The soft taco and nachos only had beans and cheese. The burrito that we specifically ordered to be beef only had beans and cheese. I did proceed to go in and talk with the manager. He offered a remake but at that point to have a verbal conversation with somebody calm and understanding ( supposedly)and you still make that type of mistake, was absolutely no mistake and you won't get a second chance to do me like that. Read moreI worked with fastaco in Crowley, not only were we CLEAN AND EFFICIENT we respected customers who respected us and even when disrespected we put smiles on our faces. The food is cooked in the store and prepared fresh every day so any accusations about rotten food is simply your taste in food. I prepared the food cooked the food fried taco salads tacos tostadas cinnamon sticks.... cooked meat beans and shredded cheese. I helped put away fresh product daily in the morning. The food is great. All fast food restaurants are going to mess up orders when stresses and having a few un experienced workers training to get better. We dedicate 10-15 hours a day to make food for customers who call us names flip us off and tell us what to do. I've been called many things and responded with "yes ma'am I apologise" and proceeding to give them there food free the next time they come through. The Crowley location is moving up at an alarming rate. They got rid of team members who weren't fit for the job and replaced them for more reliable workers. It's clean, wholesome food. Read moreWorst service ever! Manager was a joke. Ordered original nachos with no peppers. Got all the way home and there was no beans. Called the location and no answer. Went ahead and let my kids eat the nachos because they were starving. Took pictures of the beanless nachos. After we ate I drove back up there. Spoke to a manager. She told me there was nothing she could do. She had a very poor angry attitude. She refused to give me my money back or new food. Horrible professionalism and I will be contacting corporate office first thing in the morning. During the middle of our conversation she walked away from me. Did not say where she was going. She came back with a sticky note with the corporate phone number. I asked for her name and she told me. I told her I wanted her to write it down because she was not very nice to me. She rolled her eyes and huffy breathed. Then said "I apologize" which was not sincere. I walked out of the store and could see her mouthing to the other associates. Very poor service. All over...
