Overall this is a good location, always have what you need and has a great selection. however, every time i go in i never seem to have a great experience because some of the staff are rude. out of all the times coming to this location I’ve only had 1 cashier be really nice and friendly throughout the transaction. I wish I got his name but he was extremely friendly!! other times checking out, like today, the cashier was really rude and made the id verification more difficult than it should be. I understand checking Ids to make sure you’re selling to those of age, but taking more time to look and me and my id then ringing out my items can be annoying. I feel like staff shouldn’t be rude to the younger people checking out. If they don’t give the older audience any issues and have the checkout process easy for them, they should be mindful to everyone. especially if once they scan your id the system...

This is a good stop if your in need of big box liquor, but if your game is allocated bourbon or whiskey you may want to look elsewhere. This wasn't always the case as I was able to obtain harder to find bourbon through being knowledgeable and friendly, but this seems to have shifted to higher purchase customers or ones with select relationships. Stopped in today to pick up a bottle of makers and saw a bottle of cigar blend on a shelf in the back room. Went to the Managers desk and asked if it was available for purchase. "No we don't have it in our system yet only liquor in the rare spirits room is available". Placed an order this morning and recieved an email that said I could pickup until 7, I made the trip to crystal lake around 4 and they had a sign on the door that said the were closing early due to the holiday, understandable. However, that should have been conveyed in the email that informed me my order was ready for pickup. Furthermore, I got there at 4:05 (totally random) tried the door it was locked and walked back to my car, I then heard them letting an employee out and I asked if I could just pick up my prepaid order and was told no.
