beware new owners, i use to go here all the time and loved the customer service i was given. These new owners are terrible on christmas eve my brother purchased a vape and the lady told him he could have 2 dollars off, she rang him up for a $1 off. I understand a dollar isnt much but if you are told that and agree to purchase based off that then you are deserved what you are told. Aswell i went in there and they gave me 5 dollars off because a 9000 puff vape is the same price as 3000 puff vape. Today i went and kindly said can you do the same discount you have been giving me they said that was a holiday promo. Yet when i was given it there was no mention of a holiday promo. They vape are also probably fake aswell, i would not go here. I suggest going to wise guys, they may be alittle more expensive but they care authentic products and excellent customer service and even knowledge about what they are selling. I can't say ENOUGH good things about this place. AMAZING PEOPLE AND PRICES. Not to mention the awesome pieces and vapes they have, definitely top notch products. I've been here multiple times and I always leave with an amazing deal and a smile on my face. Out of all the stores and shops I go to Kloud vapor never fails to treat you like family.
