Girl with glasses and red hair: Was nice during the greeting and initial process of my return/ purchase. However her co-worker let her know she had someone waiting on her after me and thatโs when I noticed her becoming distracted. I returned 1 cart then I ordered 2 tru pods 1 cart and 1 disposable. I was charged for 2 tru pods 1 cart and 2 disposables and no the extra was not in the bag. The first total was 184 I questioned her because even with my return and my credit it shouldnโt have totaled to that amount she made a fix so itโd ring up the sale and my total was still high I questioned it again and she assured me it was all there. She over charged my card for 1 extra cart at 45$ and Iโm told not to play the blame game rather than receiving an apology for her mistake. She was too wrapped up in the customer behind me who was clearly more important than my purchase or the mistake she made. Iโve never had this issue at the Inverness location but Iโve had an issue with purchase 2 times at crystal river location! Read some reviews and Iโm thinking the woman I described is the same everyone has complained about seemed bothered and impatient and I felt like I needed to apologize during my initial transaction. Fast forward to end of June 2022 I am a very patient Trperson and generally won't rant but... I am BEYOND disappointed in the treatment of patients by trulieve and their customer service department. I was rudely hung up on when trying to find out why I can't use a discount card that I earned and had tried to use for 2 days only to come in and have such a long wait we are told to come back the following day. That was Wednesday, Thursday we place an online order never receive confirmation until this morning and now am being told that I can't use my discount. Why bother to offer them if at the end of the day you aren't going to help loyal clients. Truth be told trulieve has tried to corner the cannabis market in Florida from day one. Today will probably be my last visit to ANY trulieve unless the management reaches to me personally!! We need to team up against them and boycott cause there are other dispensaries and I will drive further to have better customer service and better sales at my favorite liberty health sciences...
