Loft 212 — Attraction in Cullman

Having our wedding at Loft 212 made planning a nighmare. We chose the all inclusive option because of the great pricing and the simplicity of it all, but it is like pulling your teeth trying to get information out of these people. The owner and the coordinator I was assigned both made me feel like such a burden whenever I had questions. As soon as we had paid the deposit, the owner would not respond to me when I asked what the next steps were and I had to wait to be assigned a day of coordinator, who never seemed to have my file on hand when we talked. The entire “all inclusive option” is very very misleading. You are told that the coordinator is a day of coordinator, but that they will be the one contacting the vendors. I had to reach out multiple times to get vendors booked or to find out about pricing. By the end of the process I wanted to fire the coordinator but I was stuck paying close to $1000 for a headache. I had a question about an overcharge 2.5 weeks before our wedding and Loni did not reach out to me until the day before our rehearsal dinner, when I was picking up my bridesmaids from the airport and starting the festivities. We had a gorgeous day and the venue is beautiful, but the management at the Loft made the whole process leading up to it horrible. I would NOT recommend the all inclusive or their coordinators. And make sure you get everything in writing because you will need it...

I got married at The Loft 212 in Setember of 2015. It was an all around great experience! The venue itself is beautiful! It has a very rustic but modern feel with brick and wood throughout! It was very convenient to be able to have our ceremony and reception at the same place, and it looked amazing throughout!

The owners were awesome and easy to work with! They definitely know what they're doing! I was not stressed at all about my wedding day - and even on the day itself I had no worries!

They have a list of vendors from which we used for catering, flowers, and photography. Everyone they recommend is top notch! There is also plenty of parking across the street for all of your guests! Don't let the downtown location fool you, there are also still plenty of gorgeous places right around The Loft 212 to take outdoor pictures.

My brother recently had his wedding here and Loft 212 honestly made the planning process so stressful for him and his fiancée. There was poor communication the entire time- it was close to impossible to get a response from Loni when they had a question or needed clarification. Loft 212 did not meet the basic expectations that they themselves had set. They did not seem to care about the couple at any point, and there was so much miscommunication, with the venue promising one thing and then not following through. To top it off, Kas, the coordinator assigned to them, was continually rude and sassy to the bride and groom. She made it clear that this was not her full time job, so basically she didn’t need...
