This place has gone down since when they opened. The balloons not being there anymore is understandable to cut down costs. But now a lot of the equipment doesn't work at all. From the 4 ball shooters none work. A few months ago I had seen someone say this before in Facebook or Google reviews and the owner claims everything was fine that it must just have been that day. Didn't pay much attention because I had never encountered this problem so I thought maybe it was a one day thing. From many visits prior to pandemic and a few now this is the first time we go and the experience didn't match with the costs. The basket cage that is supposed to hold balls and release them at once is broken too. Its stuck in the position of the picture below. No kids are really playing with the balls since nothing really works.Balls are all over the floor next to the ball shooters and inside the ball shooters themselves since they don't work. Prices are expensive for having major issues with equipment. I get that as small business owners you guys are having hard times but the rest of the public your customers are too. Next time maybe there should be an be a discount if the equipment isn't working that day or to the least post in all social media and signs at the door that equipment doesn't work and let parents decide wether they pay or not. My kids love this place and I'll have to try again and come update if equipment is the same way. I have videos of the equipment not working too if...
Read moreIt's very small, they were a lot of mother's who were standing around blocking entrances and exits from play areaa oblivious or ignorant to people around them trying to navigate the play area. It was expensive (cost us $32 for two children under 3) or what it is and we had to buy their branded socks with staff saying they were specifically designed for their park. (Of course they were, I'm sure you will retract that statement if God forbid there's ever an accident caused by slipping in your socks and your liability insurance doesn't pay out due to your statement). The socks were exactly the same as the ones we got from urban Air jump park but branded!!!! However the kids are running around exerting energy so it was worth seeing what it was all about. The staff were nice on alert and attentive. The cafe was small and stocked only small snacks like biscuits, but well done to them they had a little fresh fruit for sale. As an update to this review I decided to take my son there again today and it was chaos. Just crazy for such a small place. It's not their fault it's so popular. There's obviously a need for this type of play park in Cypress but if you can withstand the craziness of absolute mayhem, it's a good place to take your kids. Just try to work out the quieter times so you can at least enjoy it with your...
Read moreMy kids (5 and 7) loved it here. They played from 10a-3p with snacks and lunch purchased here. They never got bored.
Pros: Very, very clean (we went the day after a deep clean) and we saw them cleaning midday as well. There were closed circuit cameras to see the kids in the playscape from the tables, and you could fully walk around the playscape if you want to see or talk to your kids. Much of the play area was also completely walkable for parents while crouching.
There was also a water bottle filler and a Mother's Room (for nursing???) as well, which was great to see!
Cons: There is no security check in stamps/bracelets to check kids with their parents before they left. This feels like a very easy to implement change that would verify the safety of the children and give parents peace of mind.
****Additionally, I personally closed the security gate 3 times when it was left opened. After the second time I did this, I asked the front desk staff to make sure the gate is always closed. *
If you come here to play, your kids will love it, but keep a close eye on the gate to make sure your kids stay safe. We really had a good time with just the...
