Owen & Son Clocks & Jewelry — Attraction in Cypress

Took my watch in to have the stop watch elapse button repaired, picked it up, put it on my wrist in front of the person at the counter, and got in my car. I forget to check to make sure it was working in the store, so I pressed the start button and the hand moved 3 seconds and stopped, now before I took the watch in the start button worked perfectly. I pushed it again and it moved 7 seconds, then I pushed the elapse button and nothing happened. Then I noticed one of the hands on the inner dial had fallen off. I was out of the shop 3 minutes, and never left the parking lot. I returned to the counter to show the watch wasn't working, they took it back to repair again. I was called 10 minutes later, saying the watch was dropped, and that's why it wasn't working, and why the hand had fallen off the dial. Remind you I was out of the store for 3 minutes and watch was on my wrist. I returned the next day to get the watch, and the story had changed, now I had some how in 3 minutes exchanged the watch with an exact copy that was broken, because they put marks on the watches they work on. I've had 3 watches worked on in this place and not one of them have a marking on it. Not only did they not fix the problem I had, but now its broken worse then when I took it in for repair. They refunded my $40 for initial repair, but now it will cost much more to fix what they broke. I will never go back to this place for the simple wild stories they gave as to how it became worse instead of admitting they messed...

This is the first time I ever been to this shop it was a great experience I brought two gold rings to get altered my rings were too big I lost some weight in the past two years so now my main fingers are size 7 when I picked up my rings I saw them so clean and sparkly one of my rings was my wedding ring and the other was my 10th Anniversary ring I am very pleased with the service the two owners provided for me it was fast and both owners are so nice and respectful I was delighted. I shall bring all my personal jewlery for adjusting my present size and for the cleaning of my jewlery I am so happy I found this Shop this week, It is very hard to find trustworthy people in this business and I just found them Owen & Son Clocks & Jewelry, I rate them 100% and 10 STARS .

A quick google search brought me here as I was seeking some advice and knowledge on a pocket watch I had stumbled upon! The gentleman that helped me ( I forgot to ask his name) was kind enough to take time and explain to me what I had in my possession. He told me the year it was made and how it worked, also gave me a quote on how much it would cost for him to have it working back the way it should! What a great service!
