Pro Cypress Nails & Spa — Attraction in Cypress

I had an incredible experience at Pro Cypress Nails & Spa. Tina and Nancy took care of my manicure and pedicure, and I left feeling unbelievably relaxed. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work were exceptional. On top of that, they were incredibly warm and welcoming, showing true hospitality throughout my visit. To my surprise, they even gave me a lovely gift, which made my day extra special.

It was my first time here and I'm very happy. It was $45 for a full set of acrylics with gel, and that is SHORT length. It took about an hour and a half, I waiting about 3mins before being seen. However, I did come on a Friday morning. Busiest day is Saturday, even with an appt. Kim did my nails and she took her time to make sure everything was even from the top, sides and even the bottom. She said so herself she does a natural look. I'm very happy with my nails. No hand massage but that's okay, I'm just really happy with the final product. I went in to get a full set and pedicure, basically I ended up with only a full set (I wouldn’t even call it a full set). They forgot I wanted a pedicure and said nothing. I wanted a certain design which she looked at my phone thinking she can do it and then towards the end says she can not do it anymore because she doesn’t have the certain color (if you didn’t have the color why would you even say you can do it), the lady called me picky in front of my face even though I said nothing to her.
