Cypress Suites — Hotel in Cypress

I don't usually do these reviews but I had to for this place!! I needed a place to stay for me and my family with a separate bedroom as a transitional spot until I found the apartment I wanted so a friend told me about cypress suites so I came here, I checked in and at first I wasn't completely 100% perfectly happy but they had a special kind of family feel...by the time of the week was up I had already gone down and paid for 2 months up front and I'm very happy and comfortable here. yes every motel has its drama here and there, but here. ...very rarely. Its a great little melting pot ....there isnt a bunch of people up all night partying or anything like that.... Its actually quite peaceful. All I know is that my kid feels safe I know that my friends feel comfortable coming over to visit and I know that the people who manage this place are wonderfu!!!l they were just as happy for me as I was when I found out I got the job I had wanted so bad! each morning they are always pleasant never everm mean or grumpy (and a lot of people at motels are) and they're very understanding patient always a happy face for me so I most definetly recommend it! U cant beat the price and it doesnt get any realer...

Terrible! The quality of the hotel is disgusting! Vomit on the walls, broken air conditioner (which the front desk refused to fix or move us to another room) Their staff, especially the front desk, is rude. The next morning my boyfriend & I got arrested. We weren't doing anything they just called cypress pd and they came knocking on the door. We were not past checkout & we paid for our stay. The details of our arrest are personal, however the hotel packed up all of our property from the room. $50 & my id card went missing from my wallet. EVERYTHING was ransacked! Just thrown into two trash bags & they tried to steal two macbook computers, their chargers & 3 cell phones!!! Thankfully, after lots of difficult and stressful dedication, the phones & computers were returned. My computer was tampered with & The Cypress-NOT-so Suites made obtaining my property as difficult & damn near impossible as possible! I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE CYPR-ASS STINKS...

I stay here every weekend. Price is fair. 15$ more gets you a nicer motel but I like to save. The rooms are yes in fact dirty. Walls aren't white but are supposed to be. I've had rooms that are decent. Don't expect much though, sometimes you get a fridge and microwave, sometimes you don't. But I keep coming back because nothing is as cheap. What I do is bring a couple blankets and pillows to place over the bed. Be smart about it and you can enjoy your stay. A/c has been amazing. Front desk is not friendly but they haven't been mean either. They are Indian and don't speak much English. Check in is as early as 10 if you ask nicely otherwise good luck. Cheaper weekly rates and nicer rooms at THE EL DORADO INN down the street. Nice people there. But no daily rooms :( FYI there are way worst hotels in the are so this truly...
