I recently had the pleasure of trying the Wet Asada Burrito at Señor Taco and it was an experience worth sharing! This mouthwatering dish, accompanied by a side of nachos, left me thoroughly impressed and delighted.
First and foremost, the flavors of the Wet Asada Burrito were simply outstanding. The tender, juicy asada filling was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Each bite was a burst of savory goodness that left me craving for more. The blend of spices and ingredients was balanced beautifully, creating a harmonious symphony of flavors that danced on my palate.
What truly set this burrito apart was its "wet" component. The addition of a rich, flavorful sauce elevated the entire dish to new heights. The sauce enveloped the burrito, infusing every bite with an extra layer of deliciousness. It enhanced the already fantastic flavors of the asada and created a delightful fusion of textures that made each mouthful a delight to savor.
The accompanying nachos were the perfect complement to the Wet Asada Burrito. Crispy, golden, and topped with just the right amount of cheese, they provided a delightful crunch and a satisfying contrast to the burrito's tenderness. Together, the burrito and nachos formed a dynamic duo that satisfied both my taste buds and my appetite.
Aside from the outstanding flavors, the presentation of the dish was also commendable. The Wet Asada Burrito was beautifully plated, showcasing the vibrant colors of the ingredients and adding to the overall dining experience. It was evident that great care and attention to detail went into its preparation.
The service at Señor Taco was impeccable, with attentive staff who ensured a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it an ideal place to enjoy a delicious meal.
In conclusion, the Wet Asada Burrito at Señor Taco surpassed my expectations and left me thoroughly satisfied. Its incredible flavors, the tantalizing addition of the wet sauce, and the perfectly paired nachos made for an unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend giving this delightful dish a try—you won't be...

It's an "everyday", no-frill restaurant, nothing fancy, and prices reflect that. But it seems to be fairly popular in the area, and that's always a good sign. It's clean, the service is very good, prompt, and corteous. The menu is quite extensive, going way beyond the usual tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. You'll find things like menudo and posole, which is always a good sign of a more "authentic" Mexican restaurant. Oddly enough, they also serve burgers. If you dine in, you'll get a complimentary basket of tortilla chips with bean paste. There's a self-service salsa bar. The assortment is decent, but the variety is limited. Most importantly, if you don't like spicy, your only choice is the salsa verde.
The food is good. Not spectacular, but definitely above average for this type of restaurant. I had the chicken burrito, my wife had the fish plate (tilapia, of course...) The burrito had a slightly toasted tortilla, which is something I appreciate. The meat was good and tasty. We also tried a side of guacamole. Home-made, no doubt, and pretty good, although we've definitely had better.
Overall, it's a solid choice if you're in the area and craving for fast...
Read moreSeñor Taco is a local favorite, and I've been enjoying delicious food here for years. The extensive menu includes Mexican and American breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I usually get a burrito, enchilada plate, quesadillas, and, of course, tacos. The food is average to excellent. They also have the standard meat options, including lengua, buche, tripa, and cabeza.
Prices are relatively affordable, considering inflation. The special plates and breakfast entrées are nice options. There's a salsa and condiment bar, fountain and bottled drinks, desserts, and much more.
The dining area is spacious, with plenty of tables and seats. This place gets busy during peak eating times and on weekends, as there is a swap meet across the street Sat & Sun 6am-4pm at Cypress College.
