I had a powered subwoofer installed in my Fiat 500 a few months ago. When it was complete the installer told me that he cut the wires a little short, but it should be ok. He said that If I had any trouble to bring it back. It stopped working a few months later. I took it back and explained what I was told. The guy at the counter told me that I would have to pay $35 fee just for them to determine if that's the problem. I told him that I didn't mind paying if it was something different, but I shouldn't have to pay until we know. He told me they wouldn't touch my car until I paid them, and just looked at me with a condescending look on his face. Feeling myself get upset, I just turned around and walked out. I'm a business owner in this area, and I try to support other business owners here. I would never treat one of my customers in this manner. It wouldn't have cost anything to have the technician look at his work to see if his installation was the problem. If it wasn't, I would've gladly paid to have it fixed. This is another example of a business that will soon be closed due to the change in demographics, poor customer service, and lack of proper business etiquette. I found out about this shop on the internet and I sure do regret ever coming to this shop. They diagnosed my speakers because my speaker from the front and passenger side was not working. They quoted me at first 560 to replace the amplifier which was overpriced for a pos amplifier. They said they would leave it at 360 which I knew I would not get a good amplifier but they did not even fix the issue.
