Very poor service at 216 night club by a male bartender very rude been there many times always get female bartenders and decided to try the other side and got a rude bartender and try to get us kicked out and demanded tip but yet forgot my drink order twice and lost my card got mad for getting a dollar tip . Rude very rude having a drunk bartender serving people while taking shots while at work . Y’all should be flagged from having a bartender drunk serving customers ! Even security knew he was wrong and didn’t kick me out ! Not professional at all n he has 0 customer service and shouldn’t be working if he’s drinking and taking shots while at work. Llevé a mi familia a comer y el servicio hoy fue el peor que he tenido allí. Pedí dos platos de flauta, un nuggets para niños y enchiladas Tex Mex más 5 bebidas. Llegué a las 2 p.m. Les tomó 15 minutos incluso tomar nuestra orden de bebida. Luego, entraron 4 clientes más y tomaron sus pedidos y recibieron los suyos antes que los nuestros. Luego, cuando pregunté por nuestra comida, dijeron que la estaban poniendo en platos. I took My Family Out To Eat And the Service Today Was The Worst I Have Ever Had There I Ordered Two Flauta Plates A Kids Nuggets And Enchiladas Tex Mex Plus 5 Drinks I Got There At 2pm Took Them 15 Minutes To Even Take Our Drink Order Then They had 4 More Customers Come In And Took Their Orders And They Got Theirs Before Ours Then When I Asked About Our Food They Said They Where Putting It On Plates Then The Lady That Was At The Register Said Do You Want Me To Cancel The Order Like How Is It Being Plated But Yet You Wanna Cancel My Order So I Grabbed My Kids And Left. Almost 1 Hour And Didn't Get Served And The Place Was Empty.... Never Again Will I Go Back... After The Lady Got very Disrespectful With Me Like My Order...

We don't go often, but when we do go the food is awesome, the atmosphere is a delight, the employees are friendly, and always greeted warmly. Yesterday, 05/25/2019, we ordered 6 fajita tacos, we were very disappointed with the food.
