Bachman Aquatic Center — Attraction in Dallas

I can honestly say I will not ever try to come here again! They are extremely demanding on the proper swimwear. My son was sent back because he didn’t have on the right shorts! I went and got him a pair of shorts came back and then my younger son who was okay to go in the first time wasn’t allowed this time around. He had the proper shorts but because his shorts didn’t have the net inside the guy very rudely said “he can go in but he’s not getting in our water he will have to sit on the side” this is a 3 year old we’re talking about! I then asked for a refund because that was already our second time trying to get in and couldn’t. While I was there I saw a worker let two young girls in for free and just said “let them in they are good and with me” and the girl was given her money back and let in for free. The pressed me about proper swimwear but allow people in for free if it’s people they know. Very unfair I brought it up to the guy and just ignored me and rolled his eyes. Worse...

I had so much fun going to the Ribbon Cutting Event even tho it was raining that day we had a lot of fun once the weather stopped raining in our parade lol. I'm not good with words or spelling but I recommend y'all take the children to have fun at the water park in Bachman Lake aquatic center, specialty this summer with the heat. They have some refreshments and food they sell, enjoy a day out with the family see the smiles in the little ones and big kids alike share playing with water. They have staff looking after them there are life-saving staff at every area of the park 🏞️ enjoy. Have fun...

Very nice place, however, all lifeguards are very young and seem inexperienced. They are fast to reinforce rules on the little ones but when it comes to reinforcing the rules on other young adults they don’t. A lot of young man were running and diving to the pool (not from the diving board) and the lifeguards never blew the whistle. They instead encouraged it by laughing and turning their heads. I had to advice my ten year old boy to stop swimming near them because I was afraid of an accident to occur. Again, love the hours and the actual park but lifeguards are not the most...
