THE UPS STORE AND UPS IN GENERAL THROUGH UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCES AND PROOF SHOW'S THEY SHOULD HAVE CRIMINAL CHARGES BROUGHT AGAINST THEM!!! ONE EXAMPLE JUST HAPPENED LAST NIGHT AT THE DALLAS PENNSYLVANIA UPS STORE! RETURNING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH AMAZON WHICH I'M A PRIME MEMBER!!!
