DRUG TEST FIRST — Attraction in Dallas

The worst place to go for a drug test! Why oh God why did I ever get a recommendation for this place??. The owner (allegedly) is the most incompetent, unprofessional person I’ve ever met in my life. He has no knowledge of what he is doing nor how to run a business. You will never and i mean never find a more unsuitable place to go to for a drug screening. He talks to his customers like they are trash and the sad part of it is, he NEVER once used correct grammar!! Ever!!! I barely understood what he was saying because of the lack of education he’s had makes him speak as if he’s never passed the 1st grade. I’m not exaggerating!! This is by far the worst facility I’ve ever had to deal with. DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT set up for drug testing here or send your future new hires! The so called supervisor is VERY rude and unprofessional. They do not follow DOT guidelines. They screen the calls and by a miracle if they answer and you ask for paperwork then they do not provide you with the correct information you are asking for! It’s always I will get it and NEVER DO IT! Here I am waiting for a month to get the correct paperwork which in reality messes with the companies business! VERY VERY VERY POOR BUSINESS ETIQUETTE! Again I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! The worst experience I’ve ever had with a facility! Will be reporting to the BBB and doing all I can do to make sure this does not happen to another person...

ZEROOO STARSSS. If I could give this guy less than 0 stars I would. He is very rude, not punctual and does not know what it means to run a business . When you call, the customer service is not good. I called on Tuesday to set an appointment. He was not helpful, he does not care and it shows. I showed up on 10/10/24 at 8:50 and the place is “supposed” to open at 9. After 9 I called the place he said they were running 10-15 mins late. At 9:21 am I called the place and inquired about the staff, he stated someone will be there in a minute.
