FOUNDATIONS is a great class regardless of your skill level (definitely recommend the Intro to Aerial for beginners). There’s always time for repetition, a peak pose and photos.

Aerial silks are clean and without holes. They have mats provided for aerial classes which makes it even easier to attend class.

I was super excited to go to this class but while I was on my way which gps said I was going to arrive on time I ended up getting stuck in traffic so I tried calling to see my options but no one answered.
