I came here 5/17/24 and traded in my strong running suv 2017 cadi Escalade premium luxury for a smaller car 2016 Mercedes Benz glc 300( not my first Benz nor luxury vehicle) The manager was good and all but the dealership sales some faulty cars but the car I was sold from the trade is a lemon and has broke down 12-14 days later I was on 75 highway and it just completely shut off, every dash light popped on & I had to pay a high tow fee to get across town to my home by red oak Tx all on today 6/2/24 smh! I also asked for my trade back two days after on 5/19/24 and was told lies and run around Title wasn’t even filed for but they claim my trade was already being sold LIES when the title paperwork hadn’t even been sent to the dmv yet.! I’m still waiting on hard plates to come in as well as title but now I don’t have a working vehicle! The salesperson name on my papers (ashi Sam) is not the salesperson that even helped me(manager) MK autos purposely sold me a lemon/faulty vehicle so I will be taking the appropriate action because I need a replacement /accommodation this is disheartening &unacceptable! [ As per Chapter 2301, Subchapter M of the Texas Occupations Code Annotated] I have reached out to manager via txt and emailed the dealer admin no response as of 6/2/24. I have all my receipts & TX DMV WILL PUSH THRU. MK Autos down bad for this so be cautious.

This is NOT a company that you would want to purchase a bicycle from. Let alone a car or truck or even a luxury vehicle. PLEASE I WARN YOU do not trust them. Once you sign those papers you’re literally stuck with a lemon that’s going on your credit. They literally get these cars from the Auction wash them. Then they put a price on the car and sell them. People have had issues such as the car stopping in the middle of the highway, with their kids. Check engine light coming on not even 24 hrs of having the vehicle. These cars are not going through any-type of certified inspection besides leaving the Auction. A what’s heartbreaking they’re telling these customers these lies. I received a Groupon here as a gift back in February, and every time I try and setup my detailing appointment the "guy who does detailing" is never in. They've never tried to call me back like they promise and when you try to call (just tried 6/12/20) the voice mailbox is just full.

UPDATE: I drove to the location and spoke to the employees in person and was finally able to get the service setup. Upon pickup of the vehicle (pickup truck) the detailing was average with spots missed on the body, but fantastic work on the rims and tires. The real issue is that the entire bed was missed (even miscellaneous loose debris like leaves hadn't been cleared out) and led me to just go to a car wash and finish the job myself.
