I'm trying to understand why my package has sat in this facility for 6 days with no update?!!! I know I will not be able to get sufficient answers by calling, but the DC Postmaster General Megan J Brennan will be hearing from me. It's been a waste of money and time to have a priority mail package sit for 6 days in Dallas. I may not have been this upset if I had just paid for 1st class mail delivery, in fact I may have already received it. I must add, 'm located an hour and 45 mins away from Dallas which makes my wait even more unacceptable....Two days later(12/8) and still no documented movement on this package.

my husband's military check was sent out on the 31st of december! its been sitting at this post office 5 days and nobody to tell us whats going on or where it is! they told him 5-7 days for certified mail, yet they have no idea where it is and nobody has called him back! can somebody tel us what we can do about this? update: the post office never found my husband's check! declared it lost one month later & completely stopped looking for it!

I ordered some personalized signed copies of books and while at the Dallas, TX distribution center they got lost. It took 20 days from the day it left their origin to get to me and this is how they came. To me they are priceless because they are personalized and signed by the author. I am extremely upset at the condition they arrived in.

Seriously the worst place ever. My package was there on Saturday at 7AM...Checked the status later being that it shouldn't sit there forever.....wrong!!! Checked on Sunday......Tracking said "In Transit to Next Facility". This package was supposed to be here Friday. Checked the tracking number again this morning.....wait for it....."In Transit to Next Facility"....How long does it take for something that's a 5 hour drive South of them take? Checked Tracking again around 1PM today.......Y'all ready for it? I mean seriously the package should be in San Antonio or New Braunfels right? WRONG!!!! Two packages are heading my way. It never ceases to amaze me the sheer level of stupidity in this place. My first item was scanned in on 4/19 close to 9am. On the 21st it simply states in transit. Then on 22nd at 2:08 it scans as arrived in Dallas. Sadly not the first time you people sent it back. Second package is much worse. Arrived in Dallas on 21st at 1:05. Then scanned departing Dallas at 1:56 pm. That right there was too good to be true for usps. Then at 4:06am it is scanned back into Dallas which is extra ridiculous considering the tracking has it arriving to me today. This is all the time. I hate eBay solely bc of usps. I hesitate to buy anything because you people can’t employ anyone with the ability to read or anyone that cares about job performance at all apparently. How does this happen...

I mailed a package that arrived at this center on 11/07 and that was apparently the last time that package was ever seen. This location is fill of nothing but thieves, liars and criminals. They were utterly unhelpful with trying to locate the package even when the postmaster in Seattle tried reaching out to them 3 separate times. I reached out to them as well and nothing. They wouldn’t even confirm whether the package left this location after it arrived. Apparently, they are used to getting away with it. Reading the other reviews on here, it is so appalling and shocking that they are allowed to do this without any repercussions. I hope whomever stole my MacBook...
