This will be the very last time that we will ever get food from this Chipotle and definitely share this with others. Not sure if it was because they wanted to leave right on time or what. We placed an order for 720 pick up. My husband picks it up and gets home as we sit to eat, we notice there is a lack of portions on both bowls. His bowl was a steak bowl and it had 1 PIECE of steak, literally just one. A mountain of beans and corn but no steak, hardly any rice and a lack of salsa. My bowl was half and half (barbacoa and steak) and it literally just had a small portion of steak, no barbacoa. I asked for extra rice, there was hardly any. I decided to make the drive back to the place and let the “manager” know. I understand one bowl being wrong, but both? That just tells me they weren’t paying attention nor did they care to make them right.
The people making the to go orders lack professionalism or just plain manners. The girl that was in that area instantly rolled her eyes, once she was told about the mistake. The young man had air pods On, don’t necessarily know their rules but clearly refrains them from properly doing their job. The girl making my order had an attitude and kept rolling her eyes.
As I stood their waiting they kept telling people there was no more rice or beans, so people would walk right back out. The customers that were leaving would tell new customers that were walking in about the no food being available and they also turned around and walked away. Mind you they close at 10pm it was only 830.
I checked my bowls before leaving, well I should have tried it as well. I got home as we were eating we noticed the rice was NOT cooked properly. After all that the rice they did have was not cooked properly. Which I should have guessed since the cook was already cleaning and wiping everything down when I walked in. Unless Covid hours are back on, or each restaurant close at whatever time they pick, the sign clearly said 10pm.
If I could give this zero stars I would, upon reading other reviews clearly it’s a consistent problem at this location. They need to rehire staff, train their staff better and just overall make the food properly. If they can’t make to go orders properly they should not have that as an option. As I waited for them to remake my food, a line had formed for people waiting to pick up orders. I’m very curious as to how many of their orders were correct due to the fact that they didn’t have rice and beans when I had walked in.
How can the same order be made twice but yet ALSO MADE BAD...

It was not very busy and when I walked in was greeted by the lady at the register with a "last name", no hi or hello or anything friendly. I told her and she pointed to a girl to her left and said she will help you. Ok... so I go there and tell her my last name, she picks up a bag and hands it to me saying nothing. At least my order was ready. I thought of checking it but waited to get to my vehicle. Sure enough there was no queso. I go back inside and tell the first lady and she looks at the order on the bag and there is nothing about queso. As it turned out there system had a problem. I politely said I placed the order using the code for a free queso and she just said well it isn't on there. The other girl came over and said it's not on the order. So then I opened my email, looked up the order, and sure enough there it was plain as day. She then turned around, walked back to her station and started filling another order. I asked if she would please give me the rest of my order to which she ignored until helping another customer, then finally grabbed my free queso and just tossed it in the bag saying nothing. I almost just asked for my money back $18, including the tip I had put in online for horrible service. I got home, reheated my food which was cold by then and ate. Read moreI love Chipotle, but this location just shocked me. 1. Me and my partner waited in a full line and watched every order being made with so much excitement because they were piling the food with no questions asked and the food looked and smelled so good. Things took a turn when it was time for us to order. The first young lady acted as if she wanted to rush us and gave us half spoons of everything we asked for. I could still see the bottom of the bowl by the time she got to the salsa section. No exaggeration. I wish I had a video. 2. Not only did the first one act as if they didn’t want us there, the vibe CONTINUED to the next and she started to treat us exactly the same. At this point I’m speaking about it because when I looked around we were the ONLY African Americans in the building, not just as customers. I tried my best to act as if I didn’t notice but I’m paying and I wasn’t satisfied. I asked why we got half portions while everyone else got two spoon fulls? She ignored it and kept going so my partner spoke on it and she decided to remake hers but I just opted to keep mine because at this point there was none. We didn’t even want to sit and eat anymore. Mind you, they never asked that either but asked the folks before and after were they for dine in or carry out. Just immediately started bagging. Maybe it’s just this location. I’m forever a Chipotle eater, just not from here.
Update: NOT TO MENTION I ordered a veggie delight, they didn’t give it to us. I went back to get it with my receipt and they both treated me as if I was lying WITH THE PROOF IN THEIR FACE. Then proceeded to want to tell me something about “next time, two orders...something something something”... I stopped listening and walked out. There won’t be a next time.
