Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

I came to this establishment for the first time, and it is safe to say that it will be my last. At around 8:00 PM on a Saturday, I went inside the store and ordered two pepperoni pizzas: one stuffed and the other thin. The cashier told me that the pizza was to be ready in between 15 to 20 minutes. Although the cashier gave me an ideal estimate, the rest of the process went downhill. After receiving my pizza, I noticed upon checking the receipt that the cashier accounted for a cheese-stuffed crust pizza; instead of pepperoni stuffed crust. As for the EXTRAMOSTBESTEST® Thin Crust Pepperoni, the order was correct. For clarification, I did not confront the cashier about the mistake, so I cannot accurately rate their customer service etiquette. However, I can still critique their preparation of the pizza. The inside of the cheese-stuffed crust was partially cold and not given sufficient time to be well cooked. As for the pizza itself, everything was ideal. I placed an online order at 7:35pm. It’s 9:01pm and I still haven’t received my order. Customer service tried calling to check on my order and no one answered. It took 3 tries for someone to finally answer and let me know someone took my order over 30mins ago, and they refused to reissue it to the driver who was there waiting. So, I’ve been ripped off because they chose to use a BUM from door dash; when I placed the order through the actual site. The guy didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.
