El Tiz Tizoncito Kessler Park — Restaurant in Dallas

I been a Tiz customer for over 12 years and I am disappointed with the service on this location.. TODAY I ask about a dessert reward that I haven’t used since May 10 when I request for it the waitress showed the text message to the manager and she come and give me a dumb explanation about how their rewards work I am not trying to be rude, but I’m being a customer for over a decade. I know how it works and how to unlock those rewards once you have those points link to your phone number (she said that someone might have been using my phone number to use thise rewards already 😂 )anyways it was just a six dollar value which I don’t mind to pay for it but just be aware whenever you go to this location they give you some points, but at the end you won’t be able to unlock those rewards because of their weird dumb explanation. FYI and this location last time I had a free reward and the waitress was so nice and kindly Explain to me that once you ask for the free dessert they’re able to take it out from your check once you put the phone number they are able to locate that FREE DESSERT and take it out from your check. I don’t know if it’s too much work for that manager to do, other than what was she doing which was nothing (since I got there just been on her phone) but that’s how it is see imagines below. thank you for such a good...

Normally this place is really good. The food is yummy and tender (brisket, chicken, etc) but last night we went and the waitress was really short. Only one of us spoke fluent Spanish and every time she tried to speak to us in Spanish. We had to remind her that we spoke English and she seemed so annoyed she had to speak it, which she spoke English well so it made us assume she just didn't want to. She over charged us because my brother and brother-in-law were sharing a plate, she was really annoyed and rolled her eyes when they requested 1 platter to share. She then brought 4 meals, and when we again said they were sharing she sighed heavily & said Ok several times. Mind you, we had someone there that spoke fluent Spanish and mediated each conversation and she held many conversations to us in English. She tried to charge us for the extra plate to where the manager stepped in and gave us a cash refund for the extra charge. Like I said this place is normally on point, maybe she was just...

First and foremost the service here is incredible. I went alone and sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive. The rest of the staff were really friendly as well. The food...... Umm let's just say what I ordered (pic) was not worth the price. I asked for a frozen margarita and they only had original margaritas on the rock. The drink was weak and lacked flavor. I ordered beef nachos and that was listed as $15.99. it was a lot of food but lacked in flavor, especially the beef. The black bean soup they give as a free appetizer was awesome. I don't know if it's what I ordered or just the chef. Again back to the ticket. My total was like $31 and some change. I didn't expect my watered down margarita would be that expensive and on top of that it was in a slim cylinder glass so it wasn't my nor good. Again the staff is awesome, food mediocre at best. I could have gone to Gloria's or El Fenix gotten a better drink and...
