The overnight manager? Older man probably Caucasian, working Monday night/Tuesday morning May 8- May 9…

There’s something going on with him. I came to the drive thru & this is the second time that I’ve seen and noticed there’s something going on.

I ordered the variety pack, jr bacon cheese burger, jalapeño poppers a large sprite and large powerade

I was given just one drink initially, but I understand the cashier was new.

After waiting next to the window for quite sometime, we had almost every employee ask us what we ordered (including the manager) I ended up giving them my receipt in hopes it would make things easier for them

I try to be understanding because I work in the food service industry but it was very unprofessional

We were told to pull up to the front of the restaurant (which we did) and the manager came out with only the jalapeño poppers. He again, asked us to repeat our order. He couldn’t focus his eyes anywhere, was slurring over his words and seemed very unbalanced. He ended up getting locked out of the restaurant and just stood there confused.

We ended up going through the drive through again to attempt to receive the rest of our order.

after the manager managed to get inside he came up to us in the drive thru and asked us what we needed even though we had just explained to him the whole situation. He seemed very out of it and not okay at all.

I was happy when someone else looked like they were going to help us (an Asian male) but when we explained the situation with him he argued that we did receive everything, which we didn’t. He explained he was sure of it because he made it..but there was someone else before us who received their order from the front which probably got mistaken because from what I saw the manager wasn’t okay.

After what seemed like forever we finally received our food and was told we also received “extra stuff”

We still never even received the whole order because there wasn’t onion rings in the variety pack hahaha :p

The customer service is very selfish, they don't care about your time in any way shape or form. Also every time you want a shake the machine is mysteriously down. It seems like I am bad at choosing goid shake times because I've never got one in 10+visits. Most of staff are rude and, also on different occasion I waited in the drive thru for 30 mins cuz you get stuck and have no choice, and when I finally made it with a 40 dollar order mind you they rudely, very rudely said " we daaawnt exeptce datts!" said customer service rep a with a look of pure annoyance. I replied kindly " (having been in line 30 mins mind you) I'm so sorry it's All I have" expecting them to fulfill there work duties and take the on in a very easy circumstance to take due to it only needing 60 in change and me giving 40 dollars worth of business and 30 mins worth of my time and gas in a drive thru btw, .. But no I was treated like an a** that should have known better. And didn't have the money to cover it when I clearly had more than enough and tried to kindly give it to him. But anyway i love jack n the box just not this one, every try has been a failure whether food quality or just horrible rude customer service. It seems like there training courses teach what you should not do in any given situation or conversation. Thanks...

The food was ok but they got everything in my order wrong. I ordered a spicy sriracha burger meal, a chicken sandwich meal, and a order of loaded mini tacos. The first time they brought my order out they gave me an order of onion rings in the place of the mini tacos which I only caught because they were in a separate bag. Sent him back in to exchange them for what I ordered and he cam back with the mini tacos but no drinks. Sent him back in for the drinks (this is when I should have checked the sandwiches but didn't) he came back out with one Sprite and one coke ( I ordered two sprites). At this point I said screw it I'll take the coke and left. Got home to eat and found that neither sandwich was correct. Both were burgers neither of them even close to a spicy sriracha burger and one of them had completely different buns on each side. One side was regular dollar menu bun and the other was sourdough. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the guy was nice about it when I asked for him to get what I ordered and the food...
