Smoothie King — Restaurant in Dallas

this is the cleanest and friendliest smoothie king i have been to. the employees are so nice and upbeat and feeling welcomed is something every customer wants!

since today is friday they offer the free upgrade to any size. i ordered a 32oz angel food and asked the kind employee to split the portion into two cups so that i can help my portion control. he was very accommodating with me. i ended up getting the smoothie split into three 12oz cups! this goes to show that he respects my need for portion control and went out of his way to make a customer happy.

thank you so much for a great experience. i’ll be coming back. i’ll be saving my three cups now so that i don’t go in asking all the time - supplies cost the business money. THANK YOU A...

This has to be one of the most stuck up smoothie kings I've ever been to.

The only communication establishment was a greeting upon entering the door.

It got weird at the point of sell, I was in front of register trying to make a decision, but the entire staff looked right through me as if I wasn't real.... Very awkward made them seem unapproachable to me so I stood there expecting them to ask "how may I help you..." never got that.

I proceeded by ordering through the app, in absolute shock on how long they ignored me.... Never got a response the whole time.

Worst Smoothie I’ve Ever Had

After getting off a long and exhausting shift, I decided to stop by Smoothie King to treat myself. I was really looking forward to it, but what I got was honestly disgusting.

The smoothie tasted like straight-up chocolate water — completely watered down and flavorless — and to make things worse, it looked like straight-up doo-doo. I couldn’t even bring myself to finish it.

For the price I paid, this was beyond disappointing. After a tough day, this was the last thing I needed. Smoothie King really needs to step up their quality because this was unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back...
