Na-Tia gave me an outstanding "5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE." From the moment I approached the sales and checkout counter, she was extremely professional, thoughtful, decent, gave good suggestions, and my purchase decision was solved for me. Na-Tia definitely increased the quality of my first time experience at Nectar Dispensary.
I was quite impressed that she freely offered a discount for me being a first-time customer at Nectar. Nectar's Store Management has the wherewithal and thoughtfulness to install two (2) ATMs in the store, so it is quite easy to pay in cash.
I am really into interpreting & appreciating the design quality of any store that I decide to use. The design attributes of Nectar's store are quite intriguing & pleasing to the eye. It is not cluttered and it's easy to get a really broad scope of all the products that they offer.
I can definitely see why now that Nectar’s total Google Maps Customer Review Score is 4.8! I will definitely be going back to Nectar.

I needed to run a bunch of errands in South San francisco, Daly City and Colma yesterday. I normally use a dispensary, which is four (4) blocks from my place in San Francisco.

Read moreSo I decided to wait and give it some time before I created this compelling review. Nectar Dispensery opened about a year ago (maybe less) in Daly City, C.A. They are a company from Oregon and have little to no knowledge of the surroundings. I am very proud of their success in Oregon where they have opened so many of their stores.
My partner who works for security and private protection decided to reach out when they were hiring. He went out his way to explain our neighborhood, the law enforcement, the politics in California and how they differ from Oregon, the several of connections to potential cannabis buyers and a security company which they ended up hiring for their own company plus plenty of more information that they benefited from.
My partner was let go because he wanted to wear his duty belt during operation hours. They called it an “eye sore” but for his protection, he didn’t permit that. (He just kicked out two squatters next door who are potentially armed). They continue to pick on the idea “it doesn’t look like we need that”. The person who is talking to him is in Oregon over the phone with no regards of the security and safety.
I’m giving this store a 1 star because of the management and the abuse it created without even recognizing it. I’m giving it a 1 star because it simply wanted to come into another city and think it can operate the same way dynamically. Lastly, the one start is deserved for the advantage you took by taking all the resources you get available and abusing it. Read moreVisited this dispensary in Daly City this past Sunday for a deal on Jetty distillate carts (3 for $19 each). Unfortunately, our experience left us disappointed. We were initially charged $100 by our first employee, which didn’t seem right. After stepping out, we decided to go back in and speak with someone else — thankfully, we did.
The second employee printed our receipt and confirmed that the total should have been $89, not $100. It turned out the original employee had added a more expensive $35 live resin cart instead of the $19 one we asked for, bringing the actual total to $75. We were also shorted $10 in change. After reviewing security footage, they did return the remaining money, which we appreciate.
However, the entire situation felt off — including the odd response from the security guard when we raised the issue. Just a heads-up to others: make sure to review your receipt and product details before leaving. It’s disappointing when trust is compromised, especially at a place meant to help medical patients. Won’t be returning, but hoping this helps others...
