True Heart Sound — Attraction in Dania Beach

I spent a little less than a month negotiating a sound system with 6 pairs of boxes, that is, 12 boxes. I asked everything i should know about the boxes, the amount, the address to look for them personally. When I arrived at the warehouse, they told me that they were confused, that there were not 12 boxes, there were 6.... They made me waste time, they made me drive 2 hours, and they rejected the purchase without me canceling it, which caused me to decrease considerably my FICO score and a bad rating with the bank. My experience with them makes me think that they are more interested in selling than in making clients. It doesn't fit my mind how one communicates with them to ask them for all the details and they are the ones who give you the wrong information, they don't certify and they only apologize for their mistake when you arrive to pick up the merchandise. Purchased a pair of speakers that were listed as brand new however no original packaging, no paperwork or info. That's super sketchy. They DID finally send me a photocopied version of the original paperwork that should have come in the "New in Box" packaging. I originally discovered that one of the $800 speakers was DOA. (Even before the 3 day period was over they were trying to convince me to mail them at my expense to Harman to have them repaired.) They don't honor the return policie we returned 4 speakers 3 didn't work and then they gave us the run around trying to return them my company lost almost $15,000 then said the fourth speaker didn't work and that we damage the speakers which was not true now they're trying to just take money from me and I still got no speakers I don't recommend using true heart sounds...
