We had an unforgettable Sunday lunch at Yalla Beiruty in Dania Beach, and everything, from the setting to the service to the food, was absolutely perfect. We sat outside and enjoyed the lovely weather and the relaxed, welcoming vibe. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, and the atmosphere is full of charm and hospitality. You truly feel like you're being welcomed into someone’s home.
The owner, Naji, came to sit with us and share stories behind the food, and our server, Amin, gave us exceptional service. Shukran kteer, Amin—you were mumtaz (amazing)! 😀
Now for the food: ya Allah! It was a true Lebanese feast:
We started with an amazing selection of mixed cold appetizers, each one filled with authentic flavor. We had the muhammara, labneh, musakaa and the baba ghannouj.
Then came the Lebanese Nachos, a genius one of a kind idea from the owner himself!! Cracked wheat tossed with tomatoes, onions, olive oil, and a drizzle of pomegranate syrup, served with crunchy, seasoned pita chips. It was bold, delicious, and totally unforgettable… wahad minno! (Seriously….. one of a kind!)
We also had two incredible salads, both super healthy and really tasty. The tabbouleh was fresh and bright. The fattoush was just as good!!!!
For the main course, we shared the Mixed Grill, and it was a total highlight: juicy beef kabab, flavorful kafta, and perfectly seasoned chicken taouk, all grilled just right. It came with fluffy rice, crispy fries, and a side of their amazing toum (garlic sauce). Akil tayyib kteer! (So good!)
And finally, dessert was pure magic…literally!! The Naji Magic was a dreamy scoop of pistachio mastic ice cream, topped with crushed pistachios and soft cotton candy. Wallah, it was the perfect sweet ending to a truly special meal.
There’s even a fun photo booth where you can dress up in traditional Lebanese outfits and take pictures….a beautiful cultural touch.
We left feeling full, happy, and grateful. All we can say is Yalla Beiruty is more than just a meal, it’s an experience filled with love, culture, and flavor. We can’t wait to come back.
Shukran to the entire team for making our Sunday...

Read moreIf you’re looking for truly authentic Lebanese-Syrian food, this place is a hidden gem. The hummus? Easily the best I’ve ever had—creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. It’s the kind of dish that makes you stop mid-bite just to appreciate it.
The fried kibbeh is remarkable—crispy on the outside, savory and perfectly seasoned inside. Every bite tastes like it was made with care and tradition. I also tried the gibbinaya, and it did not disappoint—tender, flavorful, and comforting in that way only true Levantine cooking can be.
But the real surprise for me was the tabbouleh. It tasted just like my mom’s—fresh, zesty, and balanced with the right amount of parsley, bulgur, and lemon. It brought me right back to family meals growing up. That’s a rare feeling to find in a restaurant.
This spot isn’t just good—it’s soulful. Highly recommend for anyone craving real, home-style Middle Eastern cooking.
