Creative Nails Bar & Lashes — Attraction in Danvers

After countless nail salons I took a chance at Creative Nails Bar & Lashes. From the moment I walked through the front door the service was nothing less than phenomenal. I was greeted by Ni who is so kind and so professional. She welcomed me, she checked me in, she explained the services and guided me to sit down and choose a nail color. She said that my nail technician would be over shortly. I was then greeted by Hannah. I believe she is either the owner or manager. She was so professional and beautifully dressed. Hannah was very attentive as she came over and checked in with me to see if I needed anything. So professional and welcoming. I was early so I was able to sit and chat with some of the lovely people that were there getting their nails done as well. Karen was my nail technician she came over and greeted me and we discussed what I wanted done with my nails. I have had so many bad manicures that I brought pictures exactly of what I wanted. I cannot mention enough how professional everyone was. The salon was immaculately clean and beautiful. I felt so welcomed. While I was getting my nails done, Ni brought a tray of soft drinks and Springwater over and asked if I would like any. Later Hannah approached to make sure that I was happy and also asked if I needed a refreshment. No matter how busy this beautiful Salon became, they were still attentive to everyone. They were the first Salon I have been to that actually really listened to what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for. My nails are beautiful and I'm going back this week for a pedicure. It took me a very long time to find a salon that listened to me and addressed my needs. If I could give them more than five stars I would. I am so happy that I have finally found exactly what I was looking for. I know I mentioned how clean it was but I have to reiterate. This Salon was spotless and their practices...

Had my appt for 12:45 for a fresh full acrylic set + pedicure, both with gel and was checked in. Left notes in my appt that I would like a nail tech who specializes in designs, showed my inspo and sat down to wait for my nail tech, Tina.

The ambience all around is fresh, it’s not over the top but very clean, open & relaxing.

The pedicure was fantastic. Tina took her time with the pedicure and didn’t go too far down where it hurts. Not sure which package I booked for the spa, but the exfoliation was top tier.

The nail part of the appt was just as amazing. Tina really has set the bar high. For years I have searched far and wide and have only ever encountered 2 ladies. the other one is too far for me. I showed her my inspo pic and she did a fantastic job! I usually get push back for wanting short oval/almond cut but she did it No Problem, No Pushback, No Questions Asked!

During the appt the receptionist would come by and check in and asked if I needed anything. It’s very thoughtful! My favorite was seeing NEWLY sanitized packets. A new one for my feet and a new one for my hands! I was over the moon with this.

Is it expensive? Yes. But is it worth it? Yes. I was there for 3 hours, but Tina was putting in work!...

I was a loyal customer for over 5 years, only because of one of their workers, Holly. The rest are completely terrible. I work full time as a single mother and extremely busy. Spent my Friday there, where the owner said they could do mani/pedi. They had a new man do my pedi, maybe he tried but I didn’t even get lotion on my feet. The woman doing manis as I finished my pedi said “you got come back different day” I wouldn’t have spent my time on a lotionless pedi. Half done. Also they had a bottle of open wine of their work station. I’m not the type to speak up. I paid the 25 with toes painted like I could have done at home. Thanks for just losing a loyal customer.
