For the second time in about a year, the staff at "We Fix Phones & Tablets" on Route 83 in Darien came through for us. The first time, we were using after market charging cables on an iPad and iPhone. Suddenly neither was working properly, and when we brought the devices to "We Fix ... " they removed a faulty part which separated from the cable connection and embedded into each device. They were quick to understand what happened, and immediately removed this minute part, and instantly both devices began working properly again.

Yesterday, I brought in an Android cell phone which suddenly would not boot up, even when attached to a charger. The staff tested the phone to see if the battery was failing but that was not the problem. They asked me to leave the phone so they could work on it the next day. I stopped by midday and the professional who worked on my phone told me that they found loose connections inside the phone and they were able to tighten and reconnect them. My phone works great now. The staff here is smart, well-skilled and price their service reasonably. They are my go to repair shop after saving me at least...

Moody was able to help me to keep my composure when I walked into the store feeling helpless and frazzled that my iPhone no longer worked. My cell phone had a mind of its own, it would change screens, type in the wrong passcode and even locked me out of my own phone.

On a different occasion, my screen was black and wouldn’t even turn on. I was scared that I had lost all my pictures, data, contacts, etc. and began to cry. The guys at We Fix were not worried at all. They comforted me and told me that everything will be okay. They examined my phone and immediately knew what the problem was. They are professional, courteous, polite, kind and reasonable. Just a couple of hours later, my phone was back to normal and working perfectly!
