My experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings was going well until I asked for a box. My friend and I were sitting at the bar on May 7th, 2025 at 9PM and we each did the All You Can Eat boneless wings. When we sat down at the bar, we were offered a menu but it didn't include the special, we asked for it based off what we've seen on advertising. We ordered with no problems. I also got fried pickles as an appetizer. Our food came out fine, it was warm and had flavor. I had eaten about 5 wings out of 10 and my friend had about the same, and the bartender asked if we would like another round of wings, we said yes and ordered another round. By the time they came, my friend and I were so stuffed we couldn't take another bite. I asked the bartender for another beer and for some boxes, I usually like to sit and munch on my food while drinking my beer and I'll casually put my food in boxes while I sit. The bartender said sure and left the bar area. Then comes Kristina, the manager. She tells me that I cannot take the wings that are sitting in front of me, that they are dine in only. I mention that I've never seen that on advertising on Facebook or other social medias. She then hands me the menu flyer containing the rules of the special. Why was this not given to me in the first place? Why did the bartender agree to bring me boxes and then the manager comes to tell me I cannot? I mention to the manager that this is very wasteful and just a real waste of food. Sickeningly waste of food. Kristina says "well that's just how it is". Okay. So I ask for our checks and for mine and my friends check to be split. Kristina goes and does that and my check is $60, my friends is $30... But we got the same thing? My friend notices that I was charged twice. Kristina then tells us she's fixing it with a lot of attitude. When Kristina comes with the fixed check, I ask if I am allowed to take my fried pickles home and if I could have a box for those. She reluctantly says sure and grabs me a box. As soon as she sets the box down she starts snatching mine and my friends plates full of wings and stacks the plates in front of us and throws away wings that WERE NOT EVEN TOUCHED in front of us. I literally ordered 20 wings with fries for $19.99, and they threw them away in front of me. I AM SICK. My friend and I paid and promptly left. What if I was still planning on eating those wings? While my beer was STILL FULL. I drank as much as I could, as fast as I could because I felt targeted and embarrassed by the manager Kristina. My friend and I agreed that while we love Buffalo Wild Wings' food, the service has been nothing but lackluster and this is just the icing on the cake. We will not be back to any location, there are better places to find wings.
PS - Please see the picture attached of the food thrown away. (Minus the fried pickles in the middle, I luckily was able to take those) This picture was taken not long before Kristina snatched our plates and threw them away in...
Read moreI've been doordashing here since about 2018 and never witnessed being mistreated rudely at this location. I came in yesterday during the Superbowl to pick up an order and was told by the staff that I should check by the dining area to check if my order was there. The place was so unorganized and there were two tables upon checking filled with peoples orders. The place was very unorganized.
As I get there checking for my order, a couple of minutes later the manager KEVIN comes up to me with a loud voice saying "Hey you're not supposed to be back there." I told him I'm looking for my order and he tells me that I should've talked to one of the staff before checking. DID I NOT ASK WHERE MY ORDER WAS WHEN I FIRST CAME? IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT YOUR STAFF LACKS THE COMMON SENSE OF LETTING ME KNOW THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOMEBODY TO ASSIST ME WHEN I GOT TO THE DINING AREA TO CHECK FOR MY ORDER. ME AND ANOTHER DASHER LITERALLY WERE TOLD TO GO CHECK AT THAT AREA AND THE AREA HAD NO ONE TO HELP US IN GENERAL WHEN GOT TO THE TABLES WHERE ALL THE ORDERS WERE!!!
APPARENTLY COMMON SENSE IS JUST NOT COMMON ANYMORE.
OH ALSO, AN EMPLOYEE I TOOK THE MANAGERS NAME FROM, WAS LYING TO ME INFRONT OF MY FACE TO COVER UP FOR HIMSELF SAYING THAT HE TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO ASSIST BY THE TIME I GOT TO THE AREA. PATHETIC. THEY WERE TELLING PEOPLE TO GO CHECK ON ORDERS AND ASSIST THEMSELVES BASICALLY WITHOUT MENTIONING SOMEONE WILL ASSIST.
KEVIN YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED MORE TRAINING. YOU FAILED TO TRAIN THEM THE RIGHT WAY APPARENTLY AND WHEN THEY MESS UP, YOU BLAME THEIR MESS UP ON DELIVERY DRIVERS.
CORPORATE WILL...
Read moreIt was just all around horrible! We waited for about 45-50 minutes until we got one of two meals and then 10-15 minutes afterwards I guess they finally decided to bring mine...also they were doing some stupid online receipt thing where you got a link through a message so we asked for an actual receipt and she kinda walked past and dropped it on our table (almost in the food). To add on to that we had to ask them to actually wipe off the table because there was still food all over it (table was clean but there was food in the ground as well)
We were planning on being there maybe 45-60 minutes but ended up being there almost 2 hours because of all the problems above
One more thing... The servers didn't even seem like they were doing their jobs because the manager had to come out and bring food to tables
EDIT: April 6th sooo this time was a little bit better but not too much better because when I got there they were kind of just standing in a little group by the register and while it seemed like they had plenty of heads to put together they still forgot the sauce that comes with the fried pickles, there were 15/20 pickles accounted for, all the ranchs were halfway filled, forks and knifes were forgotten about, and I still have to check the rest of the food to see if I've been jiped more than what I've already seen. The food is good just you might not get everything you order AND...
