I came to this location to get a new cell phone line added to my plan. This is something every T-mobile worker should be knowledgeable on. I asked what promos they had going on for free cell phones with a paid plan over 24 months since I saw this advertised their website. Ziyad insisted this hasnât existed for over the past 6 months that he was aware of and said I would need to trade in a phone in order to receive any phone promo credits. I pulled up the promo online and he said was not aware of this and needed to speak with his manager. Eventually, I was able to receive the free phone promo as stated online. He said he would help me set up the phone and said I was good to go. I was there for about an hour total, and when I get home he never even activated the SIM card⌠I had to either go back to the physical store to activate it or dial 611. I sat on the phone for over half an hour with the T-Mobile technical support trying to sort things out when this is something he should have done when I was purchasing the new line.    Read moreI have been to this store twice. The first visit was to get a pre-paid plan and new phone. I almost left because I was fed up with waiting so long but I was called in the nick of time. The sales rep was great and he deserves 5 stars for being friendly, knowledgeable, and for not trying yup sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. I was able to get over the long wait and painfully loud music so I returned to purchase a new case for myself and for my husband to pick out his upgrade. Horrible service and even worse selection. They didn't have any csses for my On5 on stock and the phone selection was minimal. The rep seemed horribly inconvenienced having to answer my husband's questions and couldn't be bothered to fix that he doesn't show up as an authorized user on his own contract.    Read moreMy 91 year old mother had a bad experience with the Apple Store in Oakbrook Center trying to switch to a different cell carrier while porting her number. We went to T-Mobile and were assisted by Ineta. She was incredible! While my mother waited on hold with her old carrier's customer service, Ineta found the required Transfer Number PIN on that carrier's website, which allowed us to proceed without the customer service. Ineta quickly realized that the Account Number on the bill from the old carrier wasn't the main / umbrella acct # that we needed for the transfer to work properly, and made the correction. She explained why we'd have to re-record a new voicemail greeting. She got us a low cost deal that meets our needs perfectly.
