Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Willowbrook

I saw the drive up was busy this was at 940 am I decided to walk in..I noticed 2 employees sitting down to eat .. and a third employee just caualy taking with his buddies that were visiting him at a table ..the only other 3 people were women that had manager shirt on and one assistant manager and another regular associate. The wait was incredibly long just for someone to come to the counter where 3 customers and I were waiting for 11 minutes or more ..I know that fast food is meant for getting food out in a timely manner even when it's made to order and fresh like chik fillet .. I totally am not sure I would want an employee who would want to sit and ignore their duties or the amount of customers waiting .. I would have had someone take a quicker break and reward them with a decent break later .. that have that chaos and confusion there were at least 6 customers with angry looks..not satisfied with service ..I myself was only angry at the situation due to the 3 employees who could have made a choice to work than sit for that long ignoring the out of hand situation.. I am all about giving a manager some training advice please look into doing better during this time of the morning because it's been happening too often at this location ..I understand it's not easy however it can and must be remedied .. just a consious effort from ALl employees .. no one has time to stop production to ask you to return to a register or help get orders out on time.. if it was you or your family waiting inine that long you would consider an easier place to eat the next time..and that is exactly why I stopped eating there every morning before work now they stopped deliveries by chick filet and forced to door dash for double the price shame on them for not hiring a person for the busy times. Schedule one of those lazy teens ... now I only go when I have an extra 15;minutes to wait in a line of cars at a drive up window before work remember this owner does not care about the few who order soon as they open in the am or want a delivery half a mile away if you can't leave and need food it's...

Look, I use to be a team leader at another Chick-Fill-A location so hopefully this helps all you guys out. Considering if we delivered this kind of service we would hear about and fix it as soon as possible. For one at approximately 1029am this morning I pulled into the drive thru, waited in dead silence for roughly 2 mintues, no big deal considering that in the mornings typically there is alot going on, even though we were taught to immediately interact with the guest. Not only did I wait but another car pulled up in the lane next to me; after I was sitting waiting for an interaction and got her meal ordered before anyone interacted with me ( I only ordered a sandwhich). When I was ordering I specifically said sandwich only, and the female that took my order instead of just confirming what I ordered asked me the meal or just the sandwich with a hint of attitude. Another key flaw is, I was not asked what sauce I wanted after I was done ordering, nor at the window. At least the gentalman who handed my order to me said my pleasure, he saved the service. But come on guys totally not Chick Fil A standard, hope this review helps you all...

I went today to have lunch with my daughter( we are two Muslim ladies with head cover ).I went to the cashier to order but she looks like new and next to her old white lady with short grey hair ,this lady was so rude since the first moment we start to order .it was my first time to get a reward from the app, so ,I asked how to do she screams at me saying ( You have to scan the app so we can know ) . After, I finish ordering usually they ask if I need any sauce, she ( the new cashier )didn’t. So ,l asked her if I can have chick fil sauce, she the white old lady with the short grey hair )screamed at me again you will have four . I asked her if she is ok .she didn’t answer.I got my food , I asked to talk to the manager . He came, he was a gentleman.first , he apologized for her rudeness then he brought us two free meals for next time . I wrote this review to make sure that this lady knows that people of color has the right to speak up if ,they find racism. Also ,to ensure that my voice has been heard to chick fil corps .Unfortunately, after this situation I did not have an appetite to eat my food . I left in a...
