Every negative comment is 100% truthful. I came her once about 10:30-11pm the internet as well at the sign in the window said open until 12am. We sat in the drive thru for at least 10 min with no response. During this time I was also calling to see if I could get an employee's attention, that was to no avail. Drove up to the window proceeded to knock on it and even opened it up and was yelling, again to inform someone we were there. First it was frustration that nobody was answering and then turned to concern that maybe they are injured or need assistance in some type of way after another 7-10 minutes even getting out of the car to see if they need help we finally see them laughing and giggling and would not respond to us. This was a few months ago but I believe I still have pictures of the time, open sign, employee, employees car and license plate. I write this review from the parking lot at approx 6:40am on a Saturday after I just went to the drive thru and was informed that they are not open and wont be for another 20 mins, which once again the sign in the window says open, along with the hours of 6am to 12am as well as the hours on this page says open and closes at 12 am. I will say I have been here in the middle of the day and received appropriate service. I live about 3 min away, but more often than not we will drive further and out of the way just to ensure proper service.
UPDATE I pulled back into the drive thru at 7:07 and no acknowledgement. Drove up to the window and there is no one to be seen, even honked a few times. It is now 7:17. Here are pictures, one showing nobody is behind the counter and the other of yet another sign that states the hours. Decide to try one more time and drove back through the drive thru. This time a response she says they will open in about 20 more mintues. At this point I tell her that she said this to me 40 min ago and that every sign and the internet says open at 6am and all I want is Hershey pies and dont have to cook anything.. She replied saying her manager is not her so she cannot access the register. I was wondering why there were only three other cars in line during the lunch rush, while Wendy''s (around the corner) was packed. After my experience and others reviews I see why. They asked me to pull up for a "minute" turned out to be more like 7 mins. When the lady finally came to my car, she plainly said "here" and handed me the bag. Had to eat in my car on the way back to work. Bit into the chicken sandwich and it wasn't cooked all the way. This place is so lucky I have better things to do then drive back there and lay them out. Each time I try to give it yet another chance, I set myself up for disappointment. A myriad of excuses every single time....."our equipment is being cleaned", "our systems are down" (the most frequent one), "the health inspector is here", "we are closing early". This is for months on end. Can you imagine how much it would take to change someone's decades old loyalty?? Now you do.
