Dangerous dangerous carts that stop suddenly While you’re walking to your car. It’s dangerous and a liability as if you’re walking with purpose and it stops suddenly you crash into it. I recently had to help a woman unload cases of water just outside the door because she couldn’t physically drag the locked cart to her car - nor was she able to cart the waters to the car alone. If you need to shop heavy or many items here make sure to come with someone else who can drive the car right up to the front door and wait for you to come out (especially If you’re pregnant or elderly or just can’t cary things like multiple cases or water or soda to a car ) I both shop here and work at a nearby business and I see people dragging or falling into these carts multiple times a day - shame on target if you’re going to take carts being stolen / needing to lock up seriously at least make sure they can get to the parking spaces without injuring your customers It also means that parking spaces are often filled with abandoned carts - I typically try to put my cart back but not if I’ve had to drag it or straight up abandon it and carry my stuff to the car Please fix your carts before someone gets seriously hurt.

No!!! This is not about Target directly. BEBACK rating- 1 star out of 4 This is about the Pizza Hut Express. 1. You can't depend on their hours. Sometimes closed, sometimes they're open. Pizza Hut was smart to partner with Target but their service execution is bad. 2. You can't depend on their food availability. What?? No pizza or breadsticks available?! Isn't this PIZZA Hut? It's like going to a Chinese restaurant and not having any rice or noodles available. Huh? This qualifies for OOBS designation- out of business soon! Hey, you got to step up or step out. And this is not the only Target location where this happens too often. The one in West Sacramento is almost as bad. The one star and one BEBACK rating is for the fact that I will still shop at Target and therefore, pass by the Pizza Hut area. Well, that is, until Target shuts them down.

This Target is usually very quiet and empty even on the weekends which is great for your average shopping trip. The only time I would avoid is when school is about to start. Therefore, the store is usually kept clean and tidy. Most of the employees are young college students so they are so nice and helpful. With not much going on in Davis, a trip to Target is a cute date idea.

I've been shopping here almost every week for 9 years. I love my local Target store & always appreciate their quality, style & how clean & well stocked the store is & often employees are very nice. However, I wasn't motivated to give this review bc I'm happy with them right now. I've had a pretty negative experience with customer service the past few weeks. I understand they've been gearing up for the holidays but I really don't see the store being crazy busy to warrant what I've experienced. Most importantly, I want to mention over the course of 3 evening visits I've experienced by observation or coming almost in contact 5 separate times employees running. Literally fast running while pushing huge full carts while weaving in & out of customers & ails. It's Nuckin Futz Man!! I can see how fun & funny this could be to employees if it's a race between coworkers but no one looks like they're having fun & neither are customers near them. Seriously, please stop !! I called out to one of these employees last night who was charging straight towards me with her full cart for the second time within in an hour - to slow it down bc she was scarring me. I literally felt like a deer in headlights & like my heart stopped for a second when I saw her racing at me. She did not slow down at all & ran past me & completely ignored me. When I informed 2 other employees they explained they were filling online orders & under a time crunch. This explanation does not help haha. Please hire more employees for this task because you guys are operating dangerously & being extremely rude. Also one evening a woman employee at the front was calling out that it was closing time over & over & telling the other employees to hurry. I suddenly felt anxious & like I needed to rush out of there. Then at self check out I realized I forgot something & asked the woman calling out if I could grab it. She told me probably not bc that section was closed now because it was almost closing time. It was cheese.... & 9 pm ..... I realized she was being dishonest & after paying at self check out went back & grabbed the cheese in the non closed off section & had plenty of time to pay & get outta there with 55 minutes to spare. I hate to see things chaotic & going down hill customer service wise - I'm sparring you last weeks experience when I took my 95 yr old client shopping. ( Ok, I'm not) I was disappointed with the unhelpful response at customer service when she asked them for help with something. Oh & she/we got blocked standing in the cross walk ( in the street) out front of the store bc the cart collector with his mile long train of carts zoomed diagonally in front of us & we had no way around. Then he had his back to us while chatting with another employee. Both oblivious. Please do...

ZERO stars for tonight's front lane, ETL and AP staff 8/5 around 9pm. Paul Bughwey or Paul Bugweit or something along that last name was a cashier that was overseeing the self check out area around 9:15pm and he was hovering around in our personal space even after a receipt was presented to him showing proof of purchased items, water packs specifically, stating he was "just making sure" and still hovering thereafter the receipt was shown. Afterwards 2 other workers, names unknown, stood by his side also making my family feel very uncomfortable having a group of employees just gawking at us like hawks. Not sure if it was a racial profiling but I am sure had this been a white family, this situation would have been handled differently along with any concerns raised. The fact that a receipt was shown should be more than sufficient proof that all items were paid for. I would like corporate to look into this matter as the ETL who I spoke to this night seemed to have brushed my expressed concerns off and the AP representative was also trying to invalidate my concerns. Very VERY disappointing. What's the use of an AP team and high tech. AP office/cameras if cashiers are being directed to over step in AP like duties????? Not...

Dangerous dangerous carts that stop suddenly While you’re walking to your car.

It’s dangerous and a liability as if you’re walking with purpose and it stops suddenly you crash into it.

I both shop here and work at a nearby business and I see people dragging or falling into these carts multiple times a day - shame on target if you’re going to take carts being stolen / needing to lock up seriously at least make sure they can get to the parking spaces without injuring your customers

It also means that parking spaces are often filled with abandoned carts - I typically try to put my cart back but not if I’ve had to drag it or straight up abandon it and carry my stuff to the car

Please fix your carts before someone gets...
