I absolutely love & adore Victorian architecture. One of the best parts of St. Anne’s is the number of houses in that area, that are intact... A lot of them would need major work done to bring them back to life, but they are intact in the sense that they haven’t been converted to business buildings, or had massive add-ons attached to them like so many have. Like the North Riverdale area, has so many gorgeous homes in it but they have been butchered to turn into a business distract (back then anyway, it’s a super ghetto hood area now.) Read moreThe St.Annes area has really become the place to be in Dayton. Most of the houses have now been taken care of, the neighborhood is lovely and now with many new businesses. Plus the fact you can walk downtown, Oregon and South Park is amazing. I am glad to see values coming up and the area is back strong. Love the festivals, tours and classic homes and location...
