Pack and Ship LLC — Attraction in De Pere

I represent a dental equipment sales and repair company, specifically our used eBay equipment sales department. As of the past month and a half of so, we've been shipping x-ray equipment, which is large, heavy, and expensive. Pack and Ship did a fantastic job, being both reasonably quick, and reasonably priced. The best part is that they stand behind what they do.

One of the X-rays they packed was very poorly handled by UPS, and was damaged upon arrival, causing the buyer to refuse the package. Mark was extremely helpful in guiding me and explaining the steps necessary to open up a damage claim with UPS. Unsurprisingly, UPS denied the claim, even though a substantial amount of cosmetic damage was done. I went back to Mark asking if he had any additional information that I could use to dispute the claim, and he offered to stand behind his work and cover the damages! I can't express how professional and great Pack and Ship is.

From now on, we ship FedEx for larger, more valuable packages, and we package things as separately as possible to reduce weight. Pack and Ship is there every step of the way, and we can't recommend them enough to help you with all of your packing and...

Charged me $40 to ship a 24”x12” package and no tracking number on the receipt. Went to the ups store the next day and shipping the same exact thing for $15 with tracking number. The item I dropped at the ups store arrived in 2 days while the item I dropped here still hasn’t been received by my customer. My customer is very unhappy as am I.
