They don't know how to manage the business. For more than a year I was buying food from them and I hated their way of keeping increase the credit minimum purchase. Moreover, if you go on Saturday they will not give the amount of the loaves you ask for. That is making me feel there's a starvation coming soon. They have to understand which is hard that there are many groceries around sell the same products.
