I’ve never seen a less professionally run operation and wanted to relay my impressions.
I’m in the area for a few days and needed a few routine maintenance things done to the car. I dropped the car off for over five hours yesterday, but when I went back they hadn’t even started working on it yet. No calls, no anything. The guy at counter did say that there was about three cars in front of me when I left it, but with multiple work bays I thought it would be fine. When I went back to pick the car up 5+ hours later, the guy at the counter apologized and said to come back when they open at 7 am today and they’d jump on it
So I got there about ten minutes before 7 today. Several employees showed up around 7 am, but they said they were waiting on someone ( the Manager or someone who works the desk I assume) before we could come inside. I waited till 7:25 and just left out of frustration. I drove back by the shop about twenty minutes later and they were STILL not open.
I went to the new Express Oil Change place right down the road and the staff was very professional and they are working on the car now. They do a lot more than just oil changes, and could do the handful of car maintenance things I needed.
I’d give the Decherd/Winchester Co-op auto repair my...

The refreshments were also very good.I couldn't write a review without mention Josh the store manager. He has always been so nice and helpful. He is really an asset for the...
Read moreAs retired ranchers, we have been to and supported many, many co-ops, this one is so beyond over priced it's a lil silly, the very same products within minutes are upto 2 and 3 dollars difference, no one asked if we needed help or if we found what we needed, we did get a hello from over the rack in front of the check out, but the young person felt no need to stand to greet a customer just to be a forehead and a voice lol. This is not a co-op that will save anyone in their community a...
